Free bus service a great way to see Manchester CBD. Part of canal walk disappointing - not maintained, rubbish ++; other sections are charming, overlooked by new apartments - take care on cobble stone paths. Frequent train service to/from Manchester Airport.

I've been to Luther King House before. It is 'basic' compared with posher hotels in Manchester centre, but does an excellent job -everything is as it should be (see list of positives above. It is a haven of peace in an often overcrowded and noisy city centre. A perfect location in that sense, and excellent value for money.
