Lovely traditional pub modernized in a very tasteful and cozy manner. We loved our big room at the top of the building, with a large and extremely comfortable bed and large bathroom with standalone bat tub and separate shower. We had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant and they were excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful.

It was an emergency booking after my flight from London Gatwick was cancelled. Not very near to the airport but ok. I can't describe how helpful the staff were (the receptionist and another guy). I came late at night and they helped me to arrange a taxi trip to London Luton airport the next day. I wouldn't know what to do without their help. Thanks, guys.

The service was amazing, friendly and welcoming. We had a very late check-in for our last minute booking, due to a cancellation of our flights at Gatwick. The apartment was very well appointed, with large rooms and comfortable beds. It was an oasis after a stressful evening at the airport.
