These guys are nailing the perfect service that there’s no way you’d get in so many other places. The proprietors and every one of their amazing team, are friendly, polite and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The breakfast was bang on. Garden space for nice evenings. A lovely little daytime bar. Parking spaces. On the front. Don’t let folks saying about noise put you off, seagulls are present, yes, as they are in all seaside towns, I think in any hotel you’d hear them around! We didn’t have any problem with noise, in fact I couldn’t believe how quiet it was after 10:30pm, and we stayed a three night weekend. Absolutely loved it. Keep doing what you’re doing, you work long days, and go the extra mile for people. We had an amazing weekend, and can’t thank you all enough. Claire and Jo.

Everything from 1st contact with the staff at reception to check out the staff were welcoming friendly nothing was to much trouble.the breakfast was lovely with a very good choice with table service which was served brilliantly served by the breakfast staff The reception bar restaurant area's were clean and well kept,the route from the lift was to our room was down 4 steps and up another 4 steps the room was clean tidy with plenty of clothing space,there was a good supply of tea and coffee. We paid extra for a sea view room and wasn't disappointed there was a large window with two lounge chairs and a side table to sit with a cuppa and watch the world to go by

This hotel was fabulous, the location is superb with the bonus of onsite parking. The hotel has a quaint charm of a bygone era and the staff have the same qualities. Old Fashioned some may think but the quality of the service is commendable. From entering the hotel everything was exceptional, the receptionist was very amenable and accommodating. The room was superbly clean and the location at the front facing side of the hotel was a dream, I would have loved a balcony room had our stay been more than one night. We asked if we could have some guests into the hotel for dinner, staying in another hotel it was their first visit to Devon, again for Redcliffe this was not an issue whatsoever. The three course meal in the dining room had a superb menu with something for everyone and was prepared and presented to a high standard. Having worked in a large hotel previously, I totally appreciate they had a lot going on the night we stayed, a large group for a significant Birthday Party and a ticketed function of a "silent" disco. This in no way detracted from the comprehensive standard of service we received in the restaurant. The staff who were waiting table (Karen and Naomi) were so welcoming, friendly and made us feel like valued guests, an intrinsic quality which made for a very relaxing, enjoyable meal. It is certainly on my radar the next time we do a theatre trip in Torquay! Thank you all so very much Sue and Phil Johns Now re resident in Plymouth not Bulgaria!
