Our room was a fantastic seaview room. Room n°2. The size was more than we expected. We checked in late afternoon when the cafe was closed, but i was given the code to the entrance prior to arriving.

The hotel is walking distance with suitcases from Edinburgh airport. I was really convenient especially as our flight arrived late at 2am. The breakfast was amazing, plenty to choose from. The room was very comfortable. They even had a European socket for charging my phone. Also tea and coffee in the room.

The location is breathtaking - I had a room looking straight over the bridges and it was nothing short of spectacular. The room itself was huge and beautifully appointed including an excellent en-suite shower room. I took dinner in the restaurant and it was delicious. All the staff in the hotel were friendly and efficient and the systems for check-in, car park and check out are really well thought out and effective. I’ll definitely be back at the first opportunity.

The hotel was very nice, clean and in a good location. The staff was excellent. The room was clean, well furnished and had a comfortable bed. The hotel has enough parking spaces for the car. There is a Tesco and a bus stop a short walk away from the hotel, which gives easy access to Edinburgh city centre.

Superb location across the new Queensferry bridge with views of the cable bridge marvel. we stayed here on our return and 15 min drive to airport. Not in city center so this is not for tourists who wants to stay in and around Edinburgh castle and royal mile. very comfortable rooms and with convenient parking, so if you have rent a car this is just perfect.
