The room and the bathroom were spacious and clean. Jo and her husbend were super kind, we forgot our adapters back home and they even let us use theirs:). However the best thing was definitely the breakfast!:)

There's nothing about the Halvard that isn't superb. From check in to check out everything was fantastic. The staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming. The breakfasts set me up for days of exploring, and you really should try the waffles! The mini bar with complementary chocolate, crisps , soft drinks, variety of teas and coffee is quite simply the best I've experienced. Comfortable beds, luxurious decor, incredible showers, and the mood lighting all made the stay great, and the other elements -particularly the staff - are what makes me want to go back again..

I have stayed at the Welbeck several times before and I really like it. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and the breakfasts are lovely. Sadly, missed one on departure due to early ferry. Staff always super friendly.

Fantastic location with a beautiful view - nice view from the breakfast restaurant. Lovely breakfast thank you. I loved the design, layout and furnishings of the lobby and restaurant areas. I had a huge room with great furnishings and an enormous bathroom. My interview overran and your reception staff were very kind and accommodating allowing me to check out at 12pm.
