It was on a farm, it was quiet, it was not too far from where i needed to be. Also, we saw 3 baby lambs just fall from the mother being born, it was a beautiful sight. The room was basic, very clean, somewhere to put your head at night. Just what we needed.

Our stay at the 2 Bedroom Home on Berwick Street was truly exceptional, offering a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and thoughtful hospitality. The house was impeccably clean, spacious, and welcoming, with cozy beds that ensured a restful night's sleep. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed to prepare delicious meals, and the fast WiFi kept us easily connected throughout our stay. Relaxing on the comfortable sofas while enjoying shows on the smart TV added to the home-like atmosphere. The location was fantastic, providing easy access to the train station and local amenities, making it an ideal base for exploring Rochdale and the surrounding areas. Muhammad, the host, was outstanding—his clear instructions and quick responsiveness made our experience seamless and stress-free. With free on-site parking, soundproofed rooms, and family-friendly amenities, this home is perfect for anyone seeking a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway. I missed my flight from Heathrow informed them that I am not...

I missed my flight from Heathrow informed them that I am not coming today but will be there tomorrow morning. When we get there receptionist was busy on the phone and she knows we are standing there. She was on mobile not the hotel phone. Then one of the staff was watching also this and she came to the desk and tell her that customers are waiting Rather Appologising or saying hello She just asked what is the guest name Which I tell her she took the payment and gave is keys. When we went in room there was no milk and water which is complementary. Rang at reception no one turns up. Later we left as visiting family friends and came late night. Next day morning I rang and they provide us just milk but no water. They price we paid and the picture and facilities they are showing is completely different

I love the free parking.

I love the free parking. Their bed and spa is fabulous 👌 I love their menu with fish. The Privilege king rooms are fabulous with a bath and shower. The rooms are spacious and the staff are great and helpful. I have been visiting the hotel for a few years now and always happy to stay there on all of my trips to Manchester.

The property is a big 5 bedroom house in a good location but...

The property is a big 5 bedroom house in a good location but has only one toilet. I didn't like the way I was treated by the host at the end of my stay. Please whenever you check in to this property make sure everything is in order even the furniture to avoid you making extra payment at the end of your stay over the things you know nothing about. Make sure you open and close the cupboards to make sure the doors are well fixed. Check the blinds to be sure they are well fixed. Check the kitchen sink gota to make sure it's not blocked.

Another Northern town that needs & deserves more visitors?

Another Northern town that needs & deserves more visitors? The centre has a couple of very interesting sites (Victorian Arts & Crafts style Council Offices were beautiful inside). But they are on the edge of a vast, deserted square ringed by mainly pubs & bars which are closed/deserted during the daytime. Maybe things come alive after dark, but I doubt it...If you live in the crowded South of England, you might find this refreshing/alarming/interesting/disappointing, depending on your point of view. Only one way to find out..

Lovely old property with ample parking. Polite staff. Room was clean. Nice view out of a front upstairs window. Basic, cooked breakfast included in the price with table service. There was secure entrance to the hotel. Handy location for town, which was within easy walking distance, and for visiting relatives who live a short distance away. Recently renovated, Rochdale town hall visible from back of hotel. Must see interior, free entry. Pictured below.

The location of the property, situated in a cul-de-sac, was quiet. With allocated parking and overlooking a grassed area, it was midway between the M62 and Rochdale town centre. There was plenty of space in the property, and both bedrooms had large fitted wardrobes. Francesca was a charming host, and little touches like the guest chocolates were appreciated.

I was amazed at the quality of the accommodation at the price. The continental breakfast was ample and the dining room superb. Over quite a few years I have stayed in various hotels when attending meetings in Rochdale, Fernhill B&B will be my choice in the future.
