Excellent staff, I left few of my belongings and some money in the room after checkout. I called in the reception and the South Asian girl (apologies forgot her name) very quickly sent someone in the room, got everything collected and kept it at reception. It felt good and safe. Extremely happy with her and the hotel staff as well as management. Location is lovely as I got river view room. Fitness centre is perfect. I will stay only here from now on.
