Room was light and airy and comfortably warm, bed cosy, lovely views out of the window, general decor maybe a bit ´tired.´ Breakfast was a delight, lots of choice, the full english and eggs benedict both wonderful and the buffet offered a splendid variety of ´starter´ type food. Service in the pleasant, bright and well appointed dining room was first class, staff attentive, polite and efficient, a really enjoyable experience.

I came here for a work trip, and I did not want to leave. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The restaurant in the hotel had the best dessert I have had in my entire life, but all the food was delicious. I cannot say enough great things about this hotel. I highly recommend staying here.
