There are lots of positive things to say about this hotel! For me the stand out thing through was the kindness, friendliness and helpfulness of the staff (I'm sorry not to remember everyone's names, but huge thanks to the lovely Ronojoy and Charlotte, the restaurant, bar and breakfast staff). I was with my elderly parents both of whom have a disability and the staff really went above and beyond to help and be kind, I am more grateful than I can say. The staff were truly outstanding and it made our holiday. Other big positives were: the convenience of the bar restaurant, and the food was really excellent both there and at breakfast, everything was delicious and there was a great range of options; our rooms all had wonderful sea views of the bay and Elizabeth castle; my parents used the spa and loved it; rooms had lots of storage space, nice toiletries in the bathrooms and comfy beds.

Warm and friendly greeting by the owners when we arrived. Ate an exceptional Sunday roast with friendly and attentive waiting staff, lovely ambience in the restaurant and the decor was superb. Room on the top floor was cosy with fabulous views over the harbour. Very clean with plenty of space and a comfy bed. Breakfast the next morning was also excellent with so much choice! Also loved the open fire in the bar area - ideal for a drink before dinner.

I absolutely love this hotel and everything about it. It’s the hotel with the soul and the addition to details there is amazing. The room that we got had a beautiful garden view. We received some treats on our welcome which was very kind. The rooms are very clean, lovely decorated and are equipped with suite pads where you can find all the information about the hotel, book your meal or a spa treatment. Staff members was very friendly and helpful and food was exceptional. Overall we very much enjoyed our short stay in this charming hotel and 100% we will visit it again.

Everything in this hotel is super. Good room with comfortable beds and amazing views of the surroundings. Super clean and excellent service (water, cookies, coffee, thee etc). The best breakfast ever with continental as well as cooked options. The best croissants you will ever taste. Unbelievably friendly and efficient staff. Restaurant food is very high quality. Hotel is on the beach and surrounded by excellent other dining places. We will be back for sure!

Jersey is not very big, but all the parishes have something to offer. St Saviour is on the East side of the island and close to St Helier town centre. Several good hotels and eating places. There is a Howard Davis Park, the War Tunnels, St Saviours Church, and the Hotel de Normandie has an Ayurvedic Spa, has several schools/colleges, and its famous people like Lillie Langtry (1853–1929), British-American socialite, actress and producer from St Saviour.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff excellent…all of them. They couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast is plentyful …with plenty of choice. Had dinner in one of the restaurants one night…can not fault it all…the food was delicious and the environment comfortable and private. Will definately stay again if visiting Jersey.

A fabulous hotel with an excellent choice of food and drink - particularly Breakfast which was outstanding!! The nightly entertainment was very good in the showbar. The swimming pool and aquadrome was great. All the staff were ever so friendly and welcoming.

We loved the breakfasts and the staff were all very friendly and helpful . Unfortunately we didnt spend much time at the hotel but we would love to come back and spend a lot more time here.

We let the hotel know we were vegan 3 days before , but there was no effect to have alternatives sausages / bacon or pasteries availble.
