Beautiful apartment in Todmorden. Very comfortable beds and couch. The bedrooms are huge! Very clean and lots of space for 4 people. Plenty of tea, coffee and bathroom toiletries. The only negative for us was the steep stairs outside to get up to the bottom of the apartments and then another lot of quite steep stairs to get up into the apartment. We weren't aware of this until the morning of our arrival. It was quite hard for us to carry our luggage up. If this was in the description, we would have stayed elsewhere due to travelling with my parents who both have mobility issues.

I had a fantastic stay! The house was spotless and even better than it looked in the pictures. It had everything I needed, including a full set of cutlery, which made meals so convenient. The owner was absolutely lovely and went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable. Highly recommend!

Todmorden is a thriving town with a lively community. The interesting cafes and eateries provide a base to explore the surrounding hills and the Calder Valley. Manchester is only 30 minutes away by rail.

Hidden gem that will soon rival Hebden Bridge. We found some lovely bars and shops and a great coffee/tea bar in the indoor market. Great place to spend an afternoon, will definitely be visiting Todmorden again in the future.

Hospitality is good - the Honest John restaurant was very good and there are good cafes in town, in particular Grasso. Easy access to walking and to drive to other nearby towns and villages. We attended a stained glass panel making course in Todmorden which was great.

walks from Todmorden are great you can have hill climbs or gentle walks along the canal paths in both directions and return by train or bus as they both have a regular service. The town itself has all that you need for a great break or longer stay highly recommend.

Lovely and interesting place, lots of cafe's restaurants and bars. Entertainment wise lots going on, music nights, theatre, nearby cinema, walks, cycling etc. Locals are friendly and chatty. The surroundings are semi rural, some beautiful landscapes especially on the tops above the town.

The accommodation was comfortable, and exactly what I needed. Kitchen facilities were available, although I did not use them. I particular bonus was how close the accommodation is to Walsden train station (about 1 minute walk) which allowed me to get to my work engagement in Todmorden quickly and easily. The WiFi- which was also an essential for my stay, was easy to access and reliable. The host was friendly and helpful and communication before the stay was good. I would definitely use this place again if I needed to get to Todmorden.

The studio was very comfertable and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfy too and there were some nice touches and the the decor was lovely. We appreciated the commitment to sustainable products. The host responded promptly and helpfully to the few questions we had. The location was great - the views were fabulous, and it was quiet with lovely walks from the door. Todmorden was just 10 mins drive away with shops and nice places to eat. We also appreciated the 11am check out - very civilised.

Once I found the property with William's help (in reality it is only a short walk from central Todmorden), and worked out where to put things, I thought the property was very nice, clean and well decorated. I appreciated being left a little milk and tea and coffee. WiFi good as was the shower. It was generally very quiet. The bed was comfortable. Storage space: adequate. William very helpful throughout. I appreciated there being a washing machine and clothes rack.

The hotel was ideally situated for us and there was a warm welcome from the friendly staff. We got the last parking spot - if you arrive during the working day most places will be taken by train travellers. The hotel seems to have been through some changes and older reviews were mixed but any problems they may have had in the past have been sorted out. I'd certainly stay here again on a future visit.
