The staff went above and beyond to ensure we found the hotel after hitting a construction detour. Extremely understanding and even held the kitchen open later than usual to ensure my kids had a meal available on arrival. I can't thank the staff enough for everything they did.

The hotel is very uniqueky decorated, looking like the interior of a cruise ship, and the room furnishings matches the vibe - that was a really nice surprise! The view from the breakfast terrace was absolutely breathtaking, we actually spent so long at breakfast because we were enjoying the food and the view so much. The fitness centre with complimentary sauna, swimming pool and jacuzzi was also a great experience, we could get our feet wet and enjoy the vacation even on the days when the weather outside was too windy to swim at sea.

We were given a warm welcome by Kim on arrival,who upgraded our room to a sea view room,as we are getting married in November, she also brought us a glass of prosseco after showing us to our room,stunning location,food was excellent we could see st Michael's Mount from our room! Staff all very attentive,relaxed but professional.they even brought us a little congratulations desert board after dinner,such a lovely touch

Welcoming staff that couldn’t do enough to help us after a weeks camping. Bedrooms were calm, comfortable and equipped with everything we could have needed. I live locally to the hotel but have aways walked past it never stayed there . My partner and l wanted a night away from home and the hotel far exceeded our expectation. We had the most amazing view and because it was out of season, it was wonderfully quiet without the hustle and bustle of too many tourists. We will be going back for sure.
