It is a truly beautiful place. Everywhere I turned there was a picture calling to be taken. The green grass, the beautiful gardens, trees and flowers, the small pond - everything had an Alice in Wonderlandish feel. It’s far enough from the city to be surrounded by beautiful green fields and close enough that you can get a taxi to ride into the city center when needed. The staff was exceptional, always polite and taking care of every request whether it was a cup of tea in the lawns or suggestions of what to do nearby. The spa was also wonderful - with the heated pool, jacuzzi and steam / sauna, it all added to a relaxing stay

Fabulous location, staff were so friendly and welcoming. I was travelling with a pet so it was so easy. Breakfast was excellent value. Would highly recommend the hotel. Perfect base for exploring the city.

Staffs were very friendly and the room was very clean with great decoration. We spent our last two nights there before we came back to the Netherlands, was a really great final stop to enjoy the city and we felt very grateful for everything the hotel had arranged for us (we travelled with our 15 months old). We will for sure go back again.

the swimming pool is fantastic: However it would be advisable to educate people not to use the sauna with the swimming suit as when wet it spoils the wood and the clorine is very unhealthy in the atmosphere to breath in. Also it should be stressed that people should use towels to sit on the sauna to prevent sweat from dripping off on the wooden seats
