The view is absolutely incredible, we were on the 11th floor enjoying the horizon of Milton Keynes. The design of the hotel, the interior, facilities, restaurant and food everything was great! We were greeted by a friendly and very warm staff member, whose name I do not know, but he had a Scottish accent. Everyone from room service to staff at the restaurant provided great care to make us feel welcome.

The staff were great. All friendly and helpful especially those in the dinning room at all times. Thoughtful, interesting, caring. There was the possibility to recycle paper, plastic and glass all in the foyer for the lodge. The room was a good size and comfortable. Might be good to have a bar fridge (not stocked) especially if you are staying longer - we stayed a week. Although the restaurant will be opening in the evening in the future so perhaps it isn't so important. Hopefully a fan would be available in summer but that is probably all you'd need. Looking forward to staying again.

Stay Away - Trip hazard, dislodged bnnister, broken furniture and absent host with dodgy wifi - for security, use your own!!! The single I booked into was a health hazzard; a most uncomfortable sleep in creaky child single bed; sunken mattress, faded bed linen and bonus back ache in the morning.
