The whole experience staying at Tregenna Castle Resort was top-notch. Customer services were brilliant, and the dining staff were brilliant, especially Dao, who took time to talk to me and always a smile on her face. Staff were exceptional with the two ladies at reception just amazing. I arrived with a little bit of an issue (nothing to do with hotel) and they were just so empathetic and lovely. Food was amazing, prices a little higher than the norm, but the food was so worth it. All the staff, no matter how young, were just class acts! The only issue I had was that we were only here for one night. Can’t recommend this place too highly.

I live locally to the hotel but have aways walked past it never stayed there . My partner and l wanted a night away from home and the hotel far exceeded our expectation. We had the most amazing view and because it was out of season, it was wonderfully quiet without the hustle and bustle of too many tourists. We will be going back for sure.
