Although English is not widely spoken,there was always a staff member who was fluent in English. The staff were wonderful,helping and organising personal tours,and the train back to Tbilisi. The Monarch Hotel is the only place in the world,in my experience ,that offered Caviar at the breakfast buffet. The breakfast buffet was so good,with many choices and fresh fruit. The location is just around the corner from Europe Square,and walking distance to many sites.

The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are clean and tidy, and it's safe and comfortable to stay here. Especially the front desk staff Lasha and Anri, their service is very good and they are very patient. Lasha is very handsome. It was a pleasant trip for me, and the breakfast was also delicious. I recommend it to everyone.

The room was wonderful, and for me it was very nice to be so close to the airport. But from the hotel I walked over the boulevard along the sea to the city centre, and that was als very nice. Exclusive feel, but affordable rates.

The hotel was excellent! Great location, comfortable room, delicious breakfast and friendly staff. Every room has air conditioning, which is a huge plus in Georgia. There are many restaurants, pharmacies and shops nearby. The hotel is also close to the seafront, which makes the location very convenient. Breakfast was tasty, and the crepes with meat was simply amazing! The staff are kind and helpful, and they speak English and Russian (maybe even more languages).
