everything! unbelievably nice stay we couldn’t expect the place to be even more beautiful in reality than on pictures. studio also have everything you need to quite a long time — I do wish we could stay for a couple of days more, just to enjoy air, view and slow life. super hospitable host, home wine as a welcome gift, maximum cozy fireplace (a little smokey though), romantic light scenarios, cute homy little things and all the beautiful furniture — all combined to make your stay amazing. textiles and surfaces were fresh and clean, the faculty include a washing machine, fridge, kettle and (wait for it) even a stove! what was the last time you saw such an equipped and beautiful studio? perfecta value-for-money booking. thanks to the hosts

The owners are very friendly and helpful. They fulfilled all my wishes. Whenever I needed it, they prepared for me a variety of delicious homemade food and the portions were huge. I have already visited many different accommodations around the world, but nowhere I ate as well as here. The double bed was large and comfortable. My room was quiet.

The place is gem of a place. Excellent host and the place is magical. The small farm land and a cozy stay which was converted into this beautifull stay. Host stay at the top floor and we stayed at the ground floor. There was no necessity of fan or AC. beautiful kitchen and the common area where we we singing and playing. The small place outdoor with swing is beautifully decorated and provided peace. It was our anniversary and the surprise that they provided was wonderful.

I had an amazing stay at VILLA ROKITI near Kutaisi! The chalet-villa was clean, well-equipped, and had a cozy atmosphere. I was extremely satisfied with the hotel’s service. The airport pickup was perfectly on time, even though I arrived late at night, and I truly appreciated that. At the reception, I was welcomed with great kindness and hospitality, and they offered me a complimentary cheese platter with wine, a very warm and thoughtful gesture. The room was comfortable, clean, and had a very nice view, which made my stay even more enjoyable. A big thank you to the driver, Goga, to Sofia (with the beautiful Greek name), to the lady responsible for housekeeping, and to the entire staff for their excellent hospitality and positive energy. I will definitely choose this hotel again!

We had a wonderful time at this hotel – we absolutely loved it! From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely kind and helpful, especially with our child. They truly went above and beyond, always smiling and ready to assist with anything we needed. We’ve been traveling around Georgia for a week, and this has definitely been the best hotel we’ve stayed at. Also, the breakfast was the best of the whole trip – delicious, varied, and made with quality ingredients. The facilities are exceptional: everything is clean, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet – perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.
