Very clean and cozy hotel. Attentive, helpful and accommodating staff. Hotel is beautifully decorated, live piano music in the evening is amazing. Everything and everyone in hotel make you feel welcome. Breakfast had caviar and champagne, you can request any kind of eggs ( Benedict one was delicious), something new was at the breakfast every day, pastry, cheesecakes were yummy. Shower was clean, good water pressure and powerful hairdryer ( yes, it is important for ladies with long hair :) Private spa is something that I have never seen before. Honestly, one of the best hotel we have ever stayed.

Wonderful experience. Friendly and helpful staff. Gio, Sada and Ucha made our honeymoon stay at Tsiga something to remember. They helped with the ski-equipment renting and the transport to the ski lifts. Breakfast was delicious. Inhouse restaurant was satisfactory and hotel services were professional. This hotel and personal exceeded all my expectations. I never in my life I have been in such a cozy an amazing hotel in my life. The location, the fireplace, the cozy rooms with mountain views that literally made you feel you are in a movie. You literally have a LIFT just for you in the hotel to access to the main slopes I don’t know how someone can say this hotel has not good location while is the best in New Gudauri because you have a lift 10metres from you to access to the ski slopes. All the best restaurants are 5 min walking from the hotel and even the restaurant in the hotel with the fireplace is literally breathtaking. The rooms are so modern, cozy and comfy. You feel literally in a dream. I am a very well travelled person, I was in France and Switzerland skiing and never I have been in a hotel like Alpina. Nina the Head of Reception will help you literally with everything and will make your stay exceptional. I only have nice words for her who make magical our stay and helped me to make my husband birthday unforgettable. She is the sweetest and kindness person I met in the whole trip. Her professionalism is outstanding and beyond the words. I wish I could stay more days but definitely I will back to this hotel forever. I highly recommend this hotel because is very difficult to find a better place to stay in New Gudauri.

We came to Gudauri for a weekend and enjoyed every minute of staying at the Monte Hotel! At the check-in we were offered a free room upgrade which was very nice and unexpected :) Our room was beautiful and modern and had everything you need for a pleasant staying. The mountain view from the hotel in general and from our room in particular is literary breathtaking! The breakfast was delicious, the personnel is very nice and helpful. The hotel offers free ride to the cable lift, you can also rent the equipment which is cheaper then next to the slope. There is also a nice sauna which we were able to rent just for two of us. Thank you very much, we will definitely come back :)

Excellent skiing experience, cheap ski pass, overpriced food and hotels, awful infrastructure, no connection between parts of the resort except one road, which is also a major international trade root connecting Caucasus countries and Turkey with Russia, hence overcrowded with trucks, vehicles, dirty and dangerous for the pedestrians.

Gudauri is the best place for skiing and winter sports...

Gudauri is the best place for skiing and winter sports lovers. The right amount of snow makes it even more enjoyable for skiers. There are a few Indian restaurants as well. I recommend Haveli Restaurant, which is one kilometer uphill on the main road from the petrol station.

Amazing view from balcony, awesome location, very close to ski lifts. Owner was a super super host, so helpful and available always. Gave us best advice on how to get around to what transportation to take, where to find arabic/indian/halal food. We went in august, didnt have a car or arranged a package, she went out of her way to call drivers and get the best price for us. Recommended us best hotels. We will come again and stay with her everytime we visit gudauri.

Everything was perfect. The host - Marina was very hospitable and we all felt like a big Georgian family there. We had Georgian home cuisine both in breakfast and dinner which was prepared by Marina. The room was warm with a view to the mountains. Everything was tidy and clean. We will return to Hotel Toni again, the best experience I have ever had.

I think this is the perfect place for a ski holiday in New Gudauri. The apartments here are very good and well-maintained, and the price is very reasonable. The managing girl is very attentive to the guests' needs, responsive, and always available. This apartment hotel is well managed.

Stunning, stylish hotel with a beautiful scenery. Very helpful and nice staff. Restaurant downstairs serves amazing lunch, dinner. Don’t even think to go out for food as this is the best we tried in Gudauri.
