Really nice small and cozy hotel. We had a lot of attention from staff. Hotel have transportation service to ski center. Hotel have a nice restoran, where you could drink local vine, chill near the fire place.

We stayed for 2 nights in June 2025 and believe me the location is superb.. just 10mins drive from Gudauri Panaromic viewpoint (where you can do parasliding as well) The hotel was fully booked when we visited. The reception staff (Mr. Gocha) was very quick with check-in time. and kind person to assist us with all little things. The breakfast was buffet for 1st day and for 2nd day the hotel staff (Mr. Nika) got us special breakfast. The hotel have facilitues such as shisha, hard drinks (alcohol, wine, etc.), snooker, billiard, table tennis. The hotel also have a wonderful open terrace with unobstructed views of amazing and mesmerizing mountains. Dinner is superb as well. There were indian and arabic resturant options just 100meter walk away and many more at a quick drive. Overall, the stay was superb and exceeded our hospitality experience. Highly recommend to stay at Hotel Alpine Gudauri.

The staff and service were so good I checked in early and they quickly helped me get set up for a long day on the slopes. I rented ski’s at the hotel which was far more cost effective than renting them at the slopes. The equipment provided was also very good! Breakfast was good, showers were hot and the beds were comfy! Thanks to Luca and the rest of the staff at deka for a great stay.

Stayed for one week at Hotel Toni in February 2024. The hotel is basically ski-in and ski-out located roughly 100 m from the closest ski pist and ski lift. The host Marina will welcome you at check in and will also introduce you to the dishes on the breakfast buffet and dinner buffet. The dinner buffet offered a soup as a starter and two different main dishes with a variety of vegetables as sides. Breakfast buffet is served at 09.00-10.00 each morning and dinner buffet at 19.00-20.00 each evening with different Georgian dishes every day. Home made wine is included in the dinner buffet. Our daughter is a vegetarian which was not a problem for the kitchen. There is a room in the basement to store skis and ski boots and also a wood-fired sauna available for rent, but we never tried the sauna. The rooms are clean and our room had three single beds with a balcony and a small bathroom with a shower. Marina can book transfer from the Tbilisi International Airport. Our driver used his own private car to pick us up at the airport and was super friendly helping us buying sim cards at the airport, despite not being good at speaking English. The road from Tbilisi to Gudauri is unfortunately not well maintained with many large pot holes. The drive took us roughly 2.5 hours one way.

Fantastic place for skiing holidays.

Fantastic place for skiing holidays. However, you have to have some previous experience skiing or snowboarding; it's not very beginner-friendly. But the views are fantastic, and paragliding options are available as well, so you can enjoy flying. And most importantly, no queues on lifts:) and decent ticket prices. It was fantastic and memorable holidays.

Tbilisi city and mountains are beautiful, places and hotels in New Guduari are beautiful. But people are very rude, they do not know tourism and behave badly. Even the woman in the toilet shouts at people. Also very bad all routes

Excellent ski, food , beverage facilities Very poor quality roads & traffic chaos in New Gudauri could be resolved with management. Visiting over 10 years to what was a nice small ski village, now too many large tour buses, & HGVs should not be allowed as the roads are too small. Too many Indian & Arabic curry houses popping up spoiling the local culture, as they are NOT Georgian or reflective of alpine climate mountain resort

Good value for money.

Good value for money. The road to go there is an issue but they prepare a detour for Russia. Lots of powder when we visited. Renovated installations. Few difficult pistes yet lot's of off piste ski space

Excellent skiing experience, cheap ski pass, overpriced food and hotels, awful infrastructure, no connection between parts of the resort except one road, which is also a major international trade root connecting Caucasus countries and Turkey with Russia, hence overcrowded with trucks, vehicles, dirty and dangerous for the pedestrians.

Gudauri is the best place for skiing and winter sports...

Gudauri is the best place for skiing and winter sports lovers. The right amount of snow makes it even more enjoyable for skiers. There are a few Indian restaurants as well. I recommend Haveli Restaurant, which is one kilometer uphill on the main road from the petrol station.

New modern building, very warm with heated floors. Convenient location -- 100m walk to the Shino lift, you can ski down to the hotel, and ski from the hotel to the lower lift with a good snow. Big apartments with panoramic windows overlooking the valley. This is a quiet area -- no noisy bars and restaurants around. Fantastic hospitality from Keti and very good food. Ask her for waffles :) On a flip side, if you need to go to shops and restaurants, you will have to walk 20-25 minutes to the center of New Gudauri or call for a taxi.

Very nice hotel, beautiful scenery, excellent service, wonderful welcome, especially from Christina at the reception, and also the restaurant with delicious Georgian food. The rooms are nice, but they do not have AC conditioning because of the cold weather in Gudauri. The mountains view is breathtaking I recommend this hotel.

Stunning, stylish hotel with a beautiful scenery. Very helpful and nice staff. Restaurant downstairs serves amazing lunch, dinner. Don’t even think to go out for food as this is the best we tried in Gudauri.
