Our stay in this apartment left only the very best impressions! The spacious, tastefully decorated apartment creates a cozy and pleasant atmosphere that’s simply a joy to be in. We especially loved that it’s right in the center of the town — everything is close by and very convenient. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and valued throughout our stay. It’s a pity that time passed so quickly — we wished we could have stayed longer. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Unforgettable Wine & Tea Experience in Georgia What an absolutely superb experience! We had the pleasure of tasting four incredible wines—each one unique, rich in flavor, and beautifully explained. It was a true journey through Georgian winemaking tradition. What made this visit even more special was our very first tea ceremony. It completely opened our eyes—we finally understand how tea should be enjoyed. It was calming, thoughtful, and deeply enriching. The owner’s passion and deep knowledge made the entire experience unforgettable. You can feel how much he cares about sharing his culture and craft. He also went above and beyond to help us with directions, which was a lifesaver since Google Maps can be completely unreliable in Georgia. We’re so grateful for the warm welcome, the insights, and the memories. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the region!

An amazing opportunity to experience the authentic life of a typical resident of Georgia, or any post-Soviet country, on a housing estate. A very helpful hostess rents several lovely fully equipped apartments here. I returned to Chiatra for the second time and when I come again, I will definitely stay here again.

HOST 💕 wonderful lady - greeted me at front of building. Room wasn't quite ready when I arrived so she invited me into her home for coffee & cakes😍. Baggage storage provided. Location - 5mins walk to the suspended Soviet cable car & even closer to the new very steep cable car. The apartment is beautiful & very clean Thank you for your hospitality 😁

The guest house is very unique and Lia brings Georgian heart-warming hospitality! She does not speak English, but all of her family help out with translation on the phone. Thank you to Andrea and Simone. We were served delicious dinner with self-made wine and breakfast and they were very helpful of any questions we had. The interior and the second house they are building is extraordinary and is enough of a reason by itself to visit. The countryside is also beautiful. Neither of the pools were filled, but we were there quite late in the season. I definitely recommend a stay here and you should make a trip even if it is out of your way!
