Very good view from the balcony, sea only a 3 minute walk away from the hotel, comfortable beds, good wifi, fridge in the room, air conditioner. There is a kitchen to cook whatever you want, plenty of utensils. A couple of stores close by for essentials. Batumi only about 35 minutes away on a taxi. Just generally great!

The view from the hotel is spectacular! I think this hotel has some of the best views in the whole of Kvariati! The couple who run the hotel are very friendly and kind people. The restaurant offers an amazing range of food that is delicious. The rooms are clean and modern and offer beautiful views from the balcony. I hope I can come back to this beautiful place again!

A very cosy and clean guest house situated right on the beach. The location could not be better. The owners were very helpful and friendly people who satisfied all our needs. On the ground floor there's a big common kitchen equipped with all the necessary cutterly to prepare a meal. The view from the rooms overlooking the mountain is spectacular. The bus stop (number 16) to Turkish border and to batumi is right out of the door of the house. There is a mini market in the house very convenient for someone to buy the necessary products either to prepare a breakfast or a meal. As you cross the road and go up the hill 100 meters you will encounter a restaurant named 'badu', where one can have a tasty meal with delicious local dishes and reasonable prices. Overall I think that kvariati is a unique and wonderful place to relax and enjoy swimming in the clear sea. What we liked as well is that climate is very mild. Rarely day temperatures go more than 28 degrees Celsius. I do recommend the guest house to anyone wishing to have relaxing holidays.

This is a good place to... This is a really great place to stay! The view from the house is amazing! Imagine sitting and enjoying a beautiful sunset every evening while sipping local wine. Yes, we had it. And it was like in a movie! And the path from home to the beach is like a fairy tale! With all these huge trees, sparkling skies, singing birds, wild mountain streams. The fifteen minute walk to the beach and back wasn't a burden, but a bit of an adventure every time. But if you don't want to go alone, that's good! I saw a couple of times where the owner drove residents to the beach in his van. And yes, master! He is such a wonderful person! Very kind and hospitable, he was always there, ready to help us. Thanks again to him and his hospitality. We had a wonderful stay at his gorgeous home (oh, I forgot to mention the house was really nice, stylish and clean) and I would highly recommend you check this place out for yourself because you definitely won't regret it!

Kvariati is a small, peaceful town (but still developing), with a small number of small shops and restaurants, where prices cannot be called low. The beach is with small pebbles, it would be good to have special beach shoes. The sea was not very calm and transparent when we were there.

Kvariati is a 15km area from Batumi.

Kvariati is a 15km area from Batumi. It is small, but has everything for a beach vacation. The apartments are clean and with amazing views (mostly uphill). In contrast with Batumi, Kvariati is way more calm and peaceful, it’s a place where you go to relax, it is in 30 min ride from Batumi, so if you do want more of the touristy places and nightlife, you still can go there by taxi (they are quite affordable, 5-6$ for a ride). It is an uphill location, so lots of walking could be hard, but taxis are affordable. Kvariati is peaceful, relaxing and the beaches are way more cleaner than in any other place and there is “Sazandari” restaurant in the beach area with amazing food, helpful staff and quick and good service, the food is 27-28$ for 2 people, quite affordable too! The people are kind and friendly. Definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay in Kvariati.

We had a wonderful stay in Kvariati. The villa was cozy, spacious, and surrounded by nature — perfect for families or groups. The sound of the nearby stream and the beautiful mountain-sea view made it a peaceful retreat. The villa owner was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and generous — he truly went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. One thing to keep in mind: the road up to the villa is a bit steep, so having a car is strongly recommended. That said, the host was always ready to help if anything was needed. Highly recommended for anyone who loves nature, privacy, and warm hospitality.

We wanted to visit the Gonio Fortress, but it was closed.

We wanted to visit the Gonio Fortress, but it was closed. (Be sure to try the Adjarian cuisine! Kvariati is a unique place, and Old Batumi is charming. It's best to explore these places by car; next time we want to stay longer.)

Kvariati has a pleasant, cozy beach.

Kvariati has a pleasant, cozy beach. It's a combination of mountains and sea. The water is clean, and the beach has everything you need: cafes, lounge chairs, paddleboard rentals, and a shop. We've eaten at the cafe near the Neptune Hotel many times—everything is delicious.

A very beautiful place. Fresh air.

A very beautiful place. Fresh air. And of course the sea... the beach is pebble. Sun loungers on the beach are available for a fee. We stayed in August, and it was very crowded. There's a cafe next to the hotel with home-cooked food. The food is delicious. The stops are nearby. Public transportation runs frequently, so you can go wherever you want.
