I visited this beautiful place now for the second time (and certainly will return again). The atmosphere is super tranquil, restful and joyful. A very kind and friendly team is hosting the guests. The food is super tasty and rich. I left this little oasis very relaxed.

What can I even say! Everything was more than loveable! There are no words to express the ecstatic experience we had at Egrisi. We booked it for us two sisters in the beginning but then our brother joined us last minute and the hotel family was sweet enough to accommodate three people instead of two in the booking. Then our train was reaching at 11pm and they were waiting for us to check in late at night. The hospitality shown by Maxo and Natasha have set a lifetime standard of Georgian hospitality for us. They showed us around the place and fed us the local dishes. Laughter doesn't stop when Maxo is around. They helped us find minibuses to Batumi also. We didn't feel like guests but like part of their family. We cannot thank them enough for their kindness. Their property is super clean and it is right next to the railway station so very central location. In 10 minutes you reach the Senaki theatre! If you are looking to go to nokalakevi or martvili from Senaki, this is the perfect place to stay!

The communication with the hosts Teona and Rezo enabled us to get the essentials of our stay done in English. If we had more complex questions their son, who speaks good English, would help. Teona, who spent some time in Germany, speaks German. The location about 200 m from the western end of the park in front of the theater at the traffic circle in the middle part of Eristavi Street is central and convenient. The room on the upper floor of a typical two-story building from the Soviet era (?) is simple and has remarkable amenities. Unlike many other rooms we had in Georgia, it is very spacious (I guess the room could be between 25 and 30 m2), shower and toilet in addition are each separate rooms (they seem to be newly tiled), and there is also a simple kitchen. Everything is clean. Teona and Rezo are in the process of setting up their business and have plans to expand it. When we needed help, they were happy to make things possible. Thank you Teona and Rezo. We had a wonderful stay at your hostel Ozurgeti.

The building is typical old Georgian ´Oda’ with modernised elements that complements surrounding furniture and environment. Good service adds a beauty to the environment. I stayed here in the summer with my family whilst hiking in surrounded area and visiting friends and family. Nice and pleasurable stay. A bit pricey though.

This is one of the best locations you can find: the sea is close by, and the mountains are just a step away. You can choose the kind of getaway you want, depending on your mood. For us, this place was especially meaningful because our three pets were welcomed with warmth and love. Traveling with animals can be challenging, and here we felt completely at ease. The hosts are incredibly kind and attentive, always offering help and asking if we needed anything. We highly recommend this place to anyone traveling, especially with pets. You really feel at home here.

Its very good place to stay. Quiet with good distance to interesting places around, like Gomismta or Shemokmedi monastery. Both are reachable by bus or marshrutka Cago and her family are wonderful hosts, very caring people trying to make your stay comfortable. I enjoyed living in traditional house and definitely recommend this place.

Comfortable chalet in a beautiful village, spacious bright living room and kitchen, washing machine, beautiful sunsets from the terrace and upper garden. We enjoyed going to the local market for fruit, meat for bbq, Georgian dishes and wine, and had a pleasant dinner on the terrace. Go to the Niabauri restaurant (10 min), you can eat and swim in the river. Check for tea farms near Ozurgeti (Taba Tea house), they do a guiding tours and have tea tasting ceremonies. The Black Sea is 50 minutes away, we went twice. Travel to Gomismta (45 minutes, 2300m, good road), stop the car near the church building and hike on foot and discover the beautiful alpine plateau. In all, it is simply beautiful place in subtropical mountains.

My friend and I had an amazing stay in the double bed unit. The place was beautiful. The bed was comfortable, and we appreciated the aircon for the hot summer nights. We loved the big windows with beautiful garden views which allowed a lot of light in. It had all the amenities we needed in the private kitchen, a little lounge and private bathroom in the unit. I loved all the small touches of decoration which made it feel unique and homely.
