The place is really good. The reception was amazing and didn't take long to do my check in. Monarch hotel has a good hospitality service, the people are amazing and give a good service. The room and the bathroom were very spacious and very very clean. The AC worked well everyday. The tea and fridge facilities were great. The staff were amazing and available to attend to my needs at every point. The hotel lobby was clean. The security guards were quite strict who was allowed into the hotel car park and were willing to help with carrying bags.

Mendiata Hotel is a very lovely hotel to stay, from the lovely clean environment to their wonderful staffs who are always helpful to make you comfortable throughout your stay. Mr Fred the manager is very friendly, i like their breakfast, it's definitely one of the best i have had. I would definitely come back and also recommend to family and friends. Thanks
