You could not expect more from a seaside residence. The room (or I should say apartment) was quite big with ensuite bathroom, kitchenette and small fridge. Very comfortable. The grounds of the residence are great - there's a nice swimming pool. You also have a place to sit in the evening outside of your room. Location is not far from the beach and 5 minutes from the Coastal Road where you can find some shops with foods, drinks etc. The hosts (and their dogs) are lovely. For the beach head to Joyehto Bar - it's the best place in the surroundings.

Sunset Beach is one of the best hotels in Gambia I have ever seen. Thank´s a lot of Mrs. Mane, the hotel manager and the friendly stuff. I will recommend this hotel . It´s a real nice and quiet hotel, a fantastic pool near the beach, a high quality restaurant, it has a nice terasse with view to the river and sea and we enjoyed our breakfast and good dinner there. The grounds of the residence are great - there's a nice swimming pool. You also have a place to sit in the evening outside of your room. Location is not far from the beach and 5 minutes from the Coastal Road where you can find some shops with foods, drinks etc. The hosts (and their dogs) are lovely. For the beach head to Joyehto Bar - it's the best place in the surroundings.
