It was a really calm and wonderful experience from all aspects, starting with the hotel. I booked a suite with a private pool facing the sea. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. All the hotel staff, without exception, were amazing and friendly, making you feel like you're dealing with family members rather than employees just doing their job. Honestly, I’ll definitely repeat the experience.

The owners are lovely and very friendly. They go out of their way to please. The location is superb, and the views from the room to Mirabello Bay are breathtaking. It is located right in the heart of the town of Agios Nikolaos and is accessible to shops, restaurants, and blue flag beaches. We highly recommend it.

    We loved Agios Nicolaos.

    We loved Agios Nicolaos. It’s a bustling port town but still small enough around the port area to be lovely. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from. We did a boat trip to Spinalonga, which was excellent. We also took a cab to visit Plaka and Elounda and another to Kritsa the following day.

    Nice city, easy access to sea sports and boat cruises A small but nice commercial zone with everything you need. Some nice restaurants around the small lake : For example Migomis Piano Restaurant, very good food, and Gioma Meze, nice view on the city and lake

    Pleasant and pretty town centre with lovely shops and restaurants with helpful staff everywhere. Awesome beaches, loved the Kimzu beach club and the cute cafe with amazing views next to Votsalo beach. No need to hire a car (we wasted our money) nowhere is lovelier in Crete.

    An interesting town with a wide range of shops, restaurants, harbour, facilities and things to do. Unfortunately it is a victim of its own success, so gets fairly crowded at time and the traffic is busy and not helped by the narrow streets, challenging one way system and limited parking.

    From Almyros beach you can walk to the end of the beach and join a footpath which leads you straight into town. About a 20 minute walk to centre where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. Fantastic restaurants and cocktail / wine bars, most doing traditional Greek cuisine. Can’t say we had a bad meal but all display menus so you can pick whatever suits your taste.

    This is simply exceptional I felt at home and above . It’s even better than the pictures . I had a full big studio city separate bedroom on my own with huge terraces . The view over agios is simply dreamy . But what makes everything is yani as the host who is like a father . The restaurant of his son kri kri which used to be his is simply the best place to eat in agios . I am coming back not to Crete but home again . The pool is so fresh and clean . The garden is fabulous and the location perfect . A dream place .

    Alex took good care of us and the communication was great! The apartment is in a nice quite area with lovely views, it is well kept and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and we had plenty of towels, soup and much more. We were able to use the heated pool even in mid October! Short drive from Agios Nikolas, only 30 min to south Crete and many more nice places. Great place for families, full equipment for the baby

    Everything about the hotel is exceptional, making it a must-stay if you’re in Agios Nikolaos. The staff is amazing, and the general manager of the restaurant is a truly unique lady who made our stay unforgettable. The rooms are well-suited for couples, especially considering the open bathroom, so if you are travelling with a friend be prepared.

    A really very nice top floor apartment right in the centre of elegant Agios Nikolaos. Two huge verandahs with breathtaking views of the sea and the dramatic Cretean coast.
