We loved Agios Nicolaos.
We loved Agios Nicolaos. It’s a bustling port town but still small enough around the port area to be lovely. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from. Awesome beaches, loved the Kimzu beach club and the cute cafe with amazing views next to Votsalo beach. From Almyros beach you can walk to the end of the beach and join a footpath which leads you straight into town. About a 20 minute walk to centre where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. Fantastic restaurants and cocktail / wine bars, most doing traditional Greek cuisine. There is a stadium in front of the windows, but there is no noise from it. Clean room, lots of kitchen utensils, the refrigerator works well.The owner of the house kindly allowed us to stay longer than the allotted time (due to late departure).
