A beautiful picturesque village.
A beautiful picturesque village. It is amphitheatrical with houses on the hills surrounding the port and the beach. It has a variety of restaurants along the port and beach with reasonable prices. Everything is within walking distance and most of the houses and villas are linked to the port with many steps. Andros is a nice friendly Island in general, and the fact that it doesn't have an airport makes it a nice family friendly destination. Batsi on the other hand is a nice contained beach town with a clean sandy beach that is ideal for families with kids and adults alike. It is very safe and Ideal for self entertainment. The location is very quiet and at the same time just a short (5') walk away from the center of Batsi, where you can find everything (cafeterias, restaurants, shops, nightlife, etc.). The view from the rooms is amazing as the hotel is right by the sea. The owners are very kind, friendly, and helpful.
