It's a small apartment ideal for a couple. There is a main room with a large comfortable bed and a big sofa too. The kitchen is fully fitted and has a small dining table. The bathroom has marble tiles throughout and nice shower with good water pressure. It's all been newly renovated to a high standard. It's in the centre of the modern city of Corinth about 7 mins walk from the sea front. There is street noise during the day but when we went in March it was quiet at night. Parking is on the street, we found a place close to the apartment but you might need to search a bit for one. There is a large aircon unit which will keep it cool in summer and providing heating in winter. It was warmish when we went and didn't need to use it. We liked the apartment very much and will stay again, it was very comfortable. It's a convenient stop off point for us on our way from Athens airport to the Peloponnese. The host kept in good communication with us, even asked us to let him know we had arrived and all was ok. If you are touring the ancient sites and want an alternative to the tourist hotels near them, it's an opportunity to stay in a modern Greek city instead, there are countless cafes, restaurants and bars to choose from.

Really well catered apartment in a good location for a beach holiday. Christos went out of his way to make sure we were ok. We used cabs to get to Isthmia and Ancient Corinth, canal and museum etc and a great seafood restaurant at the other side of town. This is not really due to the location of the apartment - the bus service is not great in the town. However taxis were very good value. Try to get two locations in one Tarif - the driver will wait for you.

Corinth itself does not have a huge amount to offer.

Corinth itself does not have a huge amount to offer. But Corinth canal nearby is interesting and Loutraki a 10 minute drive away is very nice with nice beaches and bars and restaurant overlooking the water. Temple of Apollo and ancient sites as well as several wineries around Corinth make worthwhile places to visit.

I love Korinthos. For maybe idiosyncratic reasons.

I love Korinthos. For maybe idiosyncratic reasons. It is close to Athens, so if you fly in and rent a car for a long drive; this is a close stopover rest city for a couple of days if you don't want the chaos of driving into Athens from the airport with jetlag. I always do Athens on the way out, and Korinthos is always my first night. The nightlife is local and late-night. The beaches are local and easy, laid-back. It never feels touristy to me.

Historical Old Korinthos full of history and the boat along the Canal was great. New Korinth was a functional and business city - have all the basic facilities but shopping mall is outside the city, one needs transportation to go there. Overall - Good and interesting

Ancient Corinth is definitely worth a visit for up to 3 days...

Ancient Corinth is definitely worth a visit for up to 3 days. So easy to get around by walking as it is not a big city. We stayed in the old city and took the local bus to the new city of Corinth where we hired a taxi and visited the canal, Lautoka beach, the monastery etc. Ancient Corinth has a lot of historical sites to see also and we spent time visiting these. It was also nice to sit and chat to the locals. We ate in the local restaurants and the food was good. Breakfast was provided at our accommodation.

The museum was excellent!

The museum was excellent! I wish we could spend more time there. The canal and specially the sinking bridge was interesting to see. I enjoyed swimming in the sea (but that is true of the whole of Greece).

I went specifically for an open air opera production at...

I went specifically for an open air opera production at ancient Corinth, however, I have been to Corinth a number of times and would recommend visitors take coffee on the seafront in Loutraki. Visit the monastery above Loutraki. Take a dip in the gorgeous voulaigmeni lake, and if you find yourself at the lake on a Sunday be sure to take lunch at one of the waterside restaurants, if not a Sunday then stop for a bite at the restaurant with the waterwheel and faucet on the lake road, just take care not to run down the proprietor, he has a habit of jumping out into the road, but, the food is excellent and the views are stunning.

The hotel was in a very good location close to the beach and to the centre. Many shops around the area and the staff were very friendly. They gave us so many details/recommendations regarding the best beaches around the area. The room was very clean. The only disadvantage was the size of the single beds were a bit small other than that all good. I will definitely visit them again in the near future.

Very nice, clean room with new bathroom and kitchenette facilities. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast was simple, but well prepared and filling. Hotel is located very centrally in the town and has parking. I would definitely stay here again.
