Beautiful apartment, every detail is perfectly integrated. Communication with the host is very easy. You are in the center but still quiet enough that it was good for sleeping (we were there for the weekend). There are two excellent restaurants next to it and the host very nicely explained to us in which street next to the accommodation to park your car (there was always a place). 😊

I was at this hotel in July of this year, absolutely everything I found here is superlative, from the comfortable conditions to the services and the people who work there. I have traveled to many places, both me and my husband, but what I found here, I did not find anywhere. Everyone makes absolutely every effort to fulfill your every wish and the result is exactly what you asked for. Linen and towels were changed every day, the food was very good and diverse, and everywhere you met people who smiled warmly at you. Thank you very much for everything you have done for us, especially Mrs. Dimitra, an extraordinary woman with a golden soul.

This is a small but very smart hotel in Centre of Ierapetra (no traffic, pedestrian zone, city plaza). Easily to reach the beaches of the city and the numerous options for food/drinks & shops at the seaside. Public parking (free) is very close. The hotel is very clean, 2-3 „princesses“ are cleaning daily the rooms. The managing lady at the reception - Mrs Fotini - is the good heart of the hotel and is always on good mood, happy to help with any assistance and ideas.

The staff were really polite and friendly - there was a relaxed atmosphere about the hotel. You could see that it was really well maintained and very clean as the staff were readily available throughout the day. Beautiful surroundings, great facilities. Everything super clean, comfortable rooms and a great view from the balcony in sea view rooms. The hotel has its own beach with sun-beds and umbrellas as well as swimming pools. Sunbeds and umbrellas available at all times. On the beach there are different water sports available. The food was excellent all around. Lots of choices in the buffet restaurant. All-inclusive program is top-notch (with high quality food and drinks all included in the price)
