We stayed here and the hosts were amazing!! The villa is very clean and retains its traditional features whilst being modern with all the facilities you might need. It is fully stocked just like a hotel but set up for self-catering. Great for a families or small groups of people! It is a very short walk to some great restaurants, bakery and mini-market. We’ve been to Gennadi a few times and the area is fantastic. The beach is very close by - a 5 minute drive. The airport is just one hour away but with good bus connections if you don’t have a car. Would happily come back

The location is great, we love this place! For people who value privacy and nature. The house has absolutely everything you need, for cooking, playing, resting etc. Especially good for families with children. The Gennadi pebble beach has the cleanest water, the Glistra sandy beach is only 14.4 km from villa and of course Prasonisi beach is about 25 minutes with car away. We highly recommend this villa to all not depending on the age!

We loved the village of Gennadi, there was live music in the tavernas most evenings, was a lovely relaxed atmosphere. The flat was really comfortable and the owner's mother was a lovely lady who helped out when we couldnt understand why we had no electricity. The whole village was without electricity, not for long. Vasia the owner was also brilliant with her communications and did everything to make our stay the best. Thank you.

Situated in a very quite area but very close to village, the house has everything a family needs. Fully equipped with kitchen appliances, large TV and clean linens. Beautiful white villas side by side in a great location. In the photos it looks like it is far from the town center but it is very close walking distance to the sea and the center. We already have our own private pool, but the coast is so calm that we also had our own private sea beach:) We had a very small problem and they solved it immediately, which surprised me very much. It was my first time in Rhodes, next time I have already made a plan to keep all the villas with our friends.

The best location. The beach you are literally having to yourself. Very very nice and calming ambience. From the day when we booked till check out we had experienced the best most attentive service from Kiki and her team and everyone in F&B. The best service ever! Food quality and variety is an absolute satisfaction. Couldn’t recommend this place more.

    The house is clean and convenient. It has 2 yards with sun beds, tables, chairs and 1 terrasse with sea view. The host was nice and brought us watermelon and the best figs I have tasted. He recommended us dinner places in Gennadi village and these were good especially Mama's kitchen and Zorbas. We had rent-a-car are travelled all over the island.

    We rented a car and it was very easy to find our way around and lots of nice places nearby to see. Was about an hour away from the airport. We ate in a really lovely restaurant in a cove - Tambakio!

    A small, quiet, and pleasant town.

    A small, quiet, and pleasant town. We didn’t spend much time there, mostly stayed at the villa further south. We came into town every morning for the supermarket, bakery, and greengrocer—everything you need is there. In the evenings, the restaurants are full, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is great. Unfortunately, we got a parking ticket and still don’t understand why—we didn’t think we parked incorrectly, and no one around us got one—but we paid it anyway.

    Gennadi is a lovely and peaceful village, perfect for a relaxing holiday away from the crowds. It has a charming local atmosphere, friendly people, and everything you need within walking distance – shops, a bakery, pharmacy, and some great tavernas and bars. The beach is long, clean, and never too crowded – ideal for sunbathing or a quiet swim. It's also a great base for exploring the southern part of Rhodes, including Prasonisi or Lindos. If you're looking for an authentic Greek experience in a calm and beautiful setting, Gennadi is a perfect choice. We truly enjoyed our time there and would happily come back!

    The location with gorgeous sea views but away from the town so its peaceful and quiet. Great facilities including washer machine and dishwasher and separate beach towels a nice touch. Netflix on the TV and strong WIFI. I had several zoom meetings with no hitches at all. Tsampika and team are really friendly and sorted me out with everything I needed. Gennadi is a lovely little town with plenty of restaurants and a supermarket with everything you'd need.

    Our apartment had everything we needed. It was comfortable and always very clean. Breakfast is delicious and always prepared with a smile:) Great location - very close to the beach and to the village center. In the center you can find amazing restaurants, live music, and the most important shops - grocery, fruit & vegetables, bakery, cafes, etc. We rented a car and travelled around the island - parking in front of the hotel was easy and free.

    The property is in a quiet location about two miles outside the village of Gennadi, which has a supermarket, ATM, fabulous bakery and greengrocer so catering was easy. There are two beach bars near the village, one with excellent fish. The property is new and well equipped. The best bit for us was the roof terrace and view right along the coast. Beautiful pool, if a little fresh in October!

    Wonderful all inclusive Hotel. The staff were very friendly. Spacious outdoor area with plenty of sun beds and choices of where to eat. Very clean and tidy throughout. Great choice of rooms which were all very modern with a mini bar of soft drinks topped up daily, Adults only pool was a bonus.
