The room was beautiful and clean. Lovely personal care products. Comfortable bed. Location was excellent for us. Just inside old town walls. Nice cafe/bar across from the hotel. A bit tricky figuring out how to get to parking because the street Google Maps wanted to send us down was blocked by restaurant sidewalk sign but once we figured it out it was no problem and close enough to the hotel to manage with luggage. The person at the front desk, which is manned from around 9am to 4pm, was very friendly and helpful. One of the nicest hotel rooms we have stayed in while visiting Greece.

Everything was exceptional ! The location, the whole hotel was incredible! We enjoyed a lot the time spent there. Even they wanted to upgrade our room, at the same money. The staff was friendly, well prepared and attentive. The parking seat was across the hotel, and it was covered. Definitely coming back!

This was my second stay at this hotel, and it was as fantastic as the first! The staff are incredibly friendly and polite, making every guest feel genuinely welcome. The location is ideal, especially if you're looking for a peaceful getaway to relax and recharge. The rooms are impressively spacious, well-equipped, and offer beautiful views. The beds are very comfortable, contributing to a restful stay. The bathrooms are also large and spotlessly clean, adding to the comfort. A highlight was the complimentary 30-minute welcome massage, which added a special touch to my experience. The breakfast here is excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Both the bar and the restaurant offer a good selection at reasonable prices, and everything I tried was tasty. The overall facilities and services make this hotel a pleasure to stay at. This hotel in Ioannina offers everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing visit. Our stay was simply amazing. The hotel is brand-new. The room decoration was modern. The bed had a comfortable size and a high-end mattress. The breakfast was delicious. A parking slot was available daily for our car something very important when you visit Ioannina, a city with no parking slots at all. The hotel was centrally located at a silent and nice neighborhood. The hotel employees including but not limited to the manager, receptionists and the cook were polite and helpful, trying to accommodate all our needs. We could not ask anything more from our stay and we will definitely come back soon! Thank you again for making our trip to your city unique!

    Stayed just one night but wished we had stayed longer.

    Stayed just one night but wished we had stayed longer. Beautiful walks beside the lake. Lovely island on the lake to explore with a fascinating history. Castle area also interesting and very atmospheric especially in the evening. The new town was extremely lively after dark with lots of great shops and restaurants. Highly recommended visiting.

    This place is perfect for any type of person!!

    This place is perfect for any type of person!! You want a calm environment? This is the place for you. Inspiration? The place for you. Nightlife? Also the place for you. (paradoxically) Adventure? The place for you (but rent or have a car, 'cause these places are 1h or more by car, from Ioannina). There is something for everyone. Food is excellent: Our favorite is Nava, this is a Gourmet Restaurant, but they also have Pinsa and burger, etc. (Cocktails are topnotch as well!!). We also loved Balsamico, Arte (in the citadelle/fortress), and Cafe Chevalier (also in the fortress, amazing place to have a healthy drink, amazing coffee with artisanal ingredients, as well as artisanal home-made ice-cream with no sugar. The environment is poetical!). Ioannina is the perfect place for both day and night life. The fact that in the fortress is basically a neighborhood, makes this place even more amazing. It's like a city inside the city. It blew our minds... It's amazing for having a walk (day or night), eat, have a coffee, or visiting museums (the castle). There is also the island on the lake (Nissos) which is absolutely amazing! You get there by taxi-boat (20 minutes). We are seriously thinking of moving there some time soon if life allows :D <3.

    Ioannina is a beautiful city with a gorgeous lake and a lovely park. It’s a great base for exploring the stunning surrounding scenery like the Vikos gorge and the mountain villages as well as having excellent restaurants and bars and a ferry service across the lake to the island which is both picturesque and interesting. Made a great start to what then went on to being a beach holiday. I would recommend 3-4 nights in Ioannina.

    I actually cut my stay short by one night S l was unwell with a head cold and on my own l would go again but late autumn. It was very hot there, Second wee of June However l feel to take in the full atmosphere of this lovely city autumn would be at its best. It’s very laid back, selection of eateries was good.

    The hotel is really amazing. The staff is very kind and helpful ( especially the reception and the brekfast girls), the breakfast is fresh and with plenty of choices for a buffet. The rooms are clean and quite spacious for the economy category. The view is breathtaking, hence the quietness of the place. The road yes, can be a bit tricky, but for this view, it is worth it. There are 4 restaurant near by, and the center of Ioanina is only a 20 minute drive. We will be back for sure!

    The room was spacious clean and very modern. It had a TV, fridge and a kettle. The bed was large and comfortable. The hotel has been finished to a high standard and perhaps more unusually for Greece, is being maintained to those standards. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is situated within the city walls but it’s an easy walk to almost all places of interest. The hotel also has its own parking area just a couple of minutes walk away.

    The very first hotel we met this much clean and cozy. Location is cool as it is in the center of the city so you may take your touristic tour on foot. Rooms are very comfortable. The only thing was missing is the bit softer bed. All was EXCELLENT!!! On our back home we got that my husband's parents had stayed in this hotel when his mom was pregnant and expected my husband. Recommended !!!
