Waterlily is a nice small-scale hotel, with everything you need for a short or long-stay. Kitchen is well equipped, bed is super comfy, bathroom spacious and new. Angela takes great care of her guests, from arrival until departure. She gaves us nice tips on great beaches/places to visit, arranged hairdresser for us, and even treated us with a delicious pie. Thanks for everything!

A stunning hotel in its beauty! Every detail in the new hotel is designed in natural colors, creating an atmosphere of calm and tranquility. The amazing architecture of the hotel connects perfectly with nature, and everything was simply beautiful and perfect! My room had a private pool, and it was simply magical. Natural light flooded the bathroom, making the experience even more special. We received delicious pastries and chocolates in our room, which added an extra touch to our experience. Everything was impeccably clean and tidy. The pools in the hotel are amazing, inviting me to relax and enjoy. The pool bar and the main pool were simply breathtaking in their beauty. The reception staff was amazing and welcoming, contributing to my excellent feeling during the stay. This is the most beautiful and luxurious hotel I have ever stayed in, and the views are breathtaking! Additionally, it is very close to Chania Airport, making it especially convenient. If you are looking for a pampering and beautiful place, this is the perfect spot! I highly recommend it!

We stayed 7 nights with breakfast included, breakfast that was probably the best I ever had(it's served "a la carte" and those tastes were amazing, especially the cretan one). The whole building is new or totally renovated, the rooms are fully equiped with everything you may need. Bed is confortable, cleaning lady comes once at two days. We had a suite with direct view to the port from where the ferry goes to Athens and the central square in Souda. It's a 7 min. drive from old town Chania and 15 min. from the airport. By the way "rent a car" it's a must. Everything was perfect, thank you very much!

Very warm ,welcoming efficient staff . Such a wonderful first impression of the wonderful Cretan hospitality we enjoyed throughout our stay in beautiful Crete. Excellent breakfast included and enjoyed in comfortable dining area overlooking garden and pool area . Close to airport but more than your usual airport hotel experience . We had a very late arrival and staff was so welcoming ,pot of tea so nice after long day of travel thank you We were so impressed with our stay we had a further night stay when we returned car to airport .Facilities are excellent, very comfortable bed and pillows ,room was spacious,comfortable and perfectly clean .I enjoyed a swim in pool ,sparkling clean in well maintained garden areas Thank you and well done to all the staff. We had all the facilities we needed - fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, Netflix, comfortable bed, nice pool, very quiet, the owner was super nice!!! They take care of everything we needed super fast. It also 10 min drive to the old town.
