The Lango has a beautiful view of the beach at the front of the property,across the road. They have sun beds to relax and have a button to press to call for assistance like ordering food or drinks. They have a beautiful pool at the centre of their property with rooms around. So you’ll either end up with a pool view or a beach view room. We got the private pool room which allowed us to have a flooring breakfast and private swim time.

We stayed at the hotel 4 adults for 4 nights. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, we realized that the level of service quality is the highest we have encountered. The entire hotel staff and the management led by Mr. Costa and Mrs. Paris made every effort to make our stay pleasant in the hotel and on the island of Kos in general. The breakfast is excellent, the restaurant in the hotel is of a very high standard - on the first evening the chef prepared a 6-course dinner that can easily compete with a Michelin restaurant. The rooms are very large and decorated in a modern design, a large TV, a huge bed and many treats. We were pleasantly surprised to receive every evening a handwritten note written by the management team in which they wish us a good night and a pleasant stay. The hotel pool is very large and clean, there are many sunbeds, clean towels and service from the hotel bar throughout the day. The reception staff ordered recommended restaurants for us every evening in the old town of Kos and hit our taste every time. The spa at the hotel is one of the best we have encountered and the price is absolutely fair. We will definitely return to the hotel for another stay. One and only issue for improvement: the beach adjacent to the hotel does not compare in level to the standards that the hotel adheres to.

The staff were amazing, very pleasant to talk to and helpful with suggestions of where to eat, requested taxi, etc. They also gave me early check-in, which I was happy for after walking 15mins in the heat from the ferry port. The location was great, 10mins walk to town but it wasn't necessary. There was the hotel bar, and restaurants, cafes and convenience stores few steps away. The beach was literally across the street. The room was spacious and spotless, had all amenities (except shower cap), and there was a coffee machine with 2 complimentary pods. The balcony had table/chair to relax and enjoy sea view. Room service was daily, I was there for 2 days and didn't need, but I got fresh towels. Breakfast was delicious, good variety, everything was tasty and fresh. The pool was on the small side with covered loungers, still cozy. It's located at the back of the hotel surrounded by other tall buildings. There is a pool bar. I was very comfortable, had a great stay, and definitely recommend this hotel.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Catherine Hotel in Kos. The location is incredibly central – just a short walk to everything you need, including the harbor, shops, and restaurants. Loved walking around in the city center and having lunch here during the day, but we mostly had dinner along the beach. Lots of things to see, many boat trips (3 Island Trip with the Oddysey and Nisyros trip highly recommended). Beach: We loved going to Tarzan and using their sunbeds. Also recommend renting a bike and touring for a day. Number 1 restaurant: The Chasapaki

Kos is a fascinating town with ancient Roman ruins everywhere and a great selection of shops and restaurants! Avoid the strip along the beach where it’s quite gritty and scruffy, we got the bus most days to other beaches as we got a bit sick of the busyness of the town. If we return we will stay in Kardamena or Kefalos instead

Kos was one of the most visitor friendly island. The large sidewalks and bike lanes were impressive. The post barriers along streets also great. the benches along Marina provided umbrellas for shade. That was a first! It is a well thought out plan for people. Walkable. Restaurants were diverse and delicious. The one thing missing was traditional live Greek music playing in restaurants or an outdoor venue.

I mostly stayed near Kos Town and walked everywhere, averaging about 40k steps a day. I highly recommend learning to ride a bike or, even better, a motorcycle. Renting a car is a good choice, but parking can be tricky.

The most outstanding experience of Kos town was the people. Everywhere we went we met kind, friendly and generous people. Everything in Kos town is within walking distance from the beach to the old town. Numerous restaurants cater for every need from a simple Gyros to exceptional seafood dishes.

The location was perfect, and so were the apartments. They are brand new and very comfortable, right in the centre of Kos town. The bus stop is just a 5-minute walk away, which made it easy to get to and from the airport and other parts of the island. Shops, markets, beach – everything is convenient. Even with several restaurants nearby, it was quiet inside. The host was very helpful and always replied quickly whenever I had questions. Splendid!

This hotel is amazing. The rooms are very spacious and super clean. This is our 3rd visit. The swimming pool is the best I have used in Kos Town. The location is great if you cannot walk too far. Less than 10 minutes to the old Town. The staff are extremely helpful. This is my favourite hotel for my annual trip when visiting family.

Staff were amazing, location is perfect and not many places right in the centre have swimming pools. Also air con was perfect and unlike my friends hotel down the road didnt have to pay extra for it. The hotel is close to the centre of Kos town but is quiet at night. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The location is very handy for the main bus station which is only a five minute walk. The rooms are quite small but the beds are very comfortable.
