An exceptional hotel, beautiful, spacious room, very clean and everything impeccable. They upgraded us to a room with a balcony and sea view so we also had a beautiful view. Quality breakfast, with various options and very tasty. Very good location, in 5 minutes walk you can reach the port, the center anywhere. We could park the car on the street without any problems and it is free. Very friendly staff always. We had a car breakdown and the gentleman at the reception did everything he could to help us. I recommend the hotel and we will definitely stay again.

Beautiful hôtel with beautiful swimming pool and view of the town and sea. The rooms were normal size. The staff at the front desk were exceptional in always making sure everything was good and very helpful with planning places to visit. The staff at breakfast and the restaurant were very friendly as well with a superbe buffet breakfast and delicious food at the restaurant. To top it off there was a free shuttle service to and from center town which made it so easy to go out to est and shop. Highly recommend the hotel

Everything. The staff were so friendly and kind, with a warm welcome every day. The hotel rooms themselves were luxurious beyond belief, with some of the most comfortable bedding I’ve ever slept in. I nearly wouldn’t have been able to get out of bed each morning on account of it, but for the breakfast, which was my food highlight of my holiday (which was a high bar to top). Well done to all - probably the best overall hotel experience of my life!

I loved the room very modern. I love the balcony very simplistic and clean. The view was amazing. I didn't get a chance to test the pool which I'm very bummed out about but other than that it looked very clean. I liked everything in the room very comfortable. The bed was big. The kitchen area had everything I needed in the bathroom was clean and very beautiful. The amenities were very nice as well. The staff were very corresponsive every time I sent a message they reply very quickly. I like the location very much because it was close to mini markets and supermarkets and coffee shops and bakeries and the price for all this is just great. I really recommend this and it was honestly all in all just a great experience.

The breakfast was very good and the location excellent. It was within a short walking distance to Chania old town and the bus stop. The staff was wonderful, especially Ioanna, Gemina and Antonio. They were so personable and helpful. Ioanna and Gemini made us feel at home and helped plan our days in Crete. They were exceptional. Antonio was a wonderful waiter. This was the best European hotel that I've stayed at. I highly recommend staying here.

We loved completely everything about this place! Maria was so helpful, warm and friendly upon our late arrival, showed us around, and instantly made us feel truly welcomed. I cannot begin to describe how modern yet cozy the place is, clean and comfortable to the smallest detail. They have a beautiful blooming garden, with the most delicious breakfast served by another great hostess Dina under an avocado tree. Even though we only spent one day here, it was truly like a fairytale, and I’d return again (and hope to) in a heartbeat again and again. It’s a gem!!

This is a 100/10 review for Oniros. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous, extremely clean with every amenity you could possibly imagine. The staff are so friendly and helpful (thanks George for all your travel suggestions). The location is by a port so gorgeous Aegan Sea views from the room and dining room. Also very conveniently located off a major highway so traveling by car to other areas of Crete was easy. As for the breakfast it is made to order by a chef! The quality and taste was so superb we ended up eating our dinners there too. If it could not get any better they realized it was my birthday so there was a bottle of wine in our room on arrival. And to make it even more special... the night before my birthday a gentle knock on my door was for a surprise birthday cake the chef made. Excellent service!

This establishment is an exceptional example of high end modern living, yet very close to all the simple things that make the Greek summer a unique experience for all Greek and International tourists. The sea, the seafood, the slow life and warm hospitality and most of all the sun, the dramatic landscape and evening colors. The quality of all facilities is as good as it gets and the establishment stands out in this small seaside village close to Chania. The hospitality of all staff and especially Maria is wonderful. Sleeping was great and the breakfast is very rich and focused on the local ingredients and delicacies. If this is within your budget, do not think twice.
