It is a really nice place, 5 minutes max walking distance from the beach (where there are 2 excellent taverns + several beach bars). The beach is mixed sand and pebbles, but ok overall. There are markets (with pretty much everything you would need + local products) 1-2 minutes walk + various other shops (olive oil producer, honey, bakery) + another very good tavern on the main road. To Neos Marmaras there is a 20 minutes walk (which you would need after all the eating) to the port, the souvenir shops, any sightseeing places you would like to go to. The pool at the hotel is nice and very clean. There are tables and chairs in the garden if you want to drink a coffee outside.

Everyting was perfect! There isn't a single detail we would change. Apartment was spacious, clean, fully equuipped. Host pays attention to every single detail. It is obvious that it is constantly invested in apartments since everything looks like new and you can see that a lot of effort is put into making this place so beautiful. We went to the popular beach nearby but I couldn't wait to get back. Beach is rocky but after one meter in the water there is sand so it is perfect for children to play in the water. I wouldn't recomend place to the people who prefer parties, crowds and walks on the promenades. Next year same time, same apartment :-)

If you want to experience real nice place with fabulous sightseeing views long up and down walks with very nice sandy beach at the end of the city and not so far away other beautiful beaches - Neos is jut a right fit! It has the scent of old towns at the cliff but in the same time it has a layers of modernity embroidered throughout the scape. If it is more for young people? Maybe, if you don't like to walk but there is round walk next to the sea side as well... Nice restaurants, small shops just in a proper measure - for vacation that will fulfill you with scents and flavors of Greece.

After spending 10 days I am sure about I will never go back to Neos Marmaras. Very noisy and crowded beaches, a lot of people during the night shopping. We went to Platanitsi Wild Beach on daily basis (50km from Neos Marmaras) to avoid this nightmare.

The town is not too big, but big enough to have all you need...

The town is not too big, but big enough to have all you need. At night there is a lot of people on the streets. There are more than enough fine places to eat and to buy stuff. The streets are at an incline and parking can be a challenge sometime especially when there are many visitors from other places. You can't always expect to park within 50m from you apartment, but it's not too bad. The city beach is wonderful, clean coast, clean water, plenty of space. Lagomandra beach is about 7min driving to the north (back to Nikiti) and is a very popular place for a good reason. Book a cruise with one of the local sailing ships, it's worth it.

Lovely beach (after the harbour), recommend a full tour with Stratos Train to have a full view. Various options for lunch and dinner, good food at a fair prices. Nearby is an olive plantation where we tasted a great olive oil, price was only 12 Euro / l.

Neos Marmaras is small town in the hills so you have to be carefull when you choose location of your accomodation because some streets are very steep. On the way from Neos Marmaras to Nikiti you have several nice beaches, everything is very close to eachother. In Neos Marmaras you have enough shops and reastaurants and cafes.

The hotel is situated in a quieter, more secluded area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city and the noise of the streets. It’s pet-friendly, and dogs are welcome throughout the property. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and the housekeeping team was wonderful. The hotel is conveniently located near the beach and just a short distance from the central area, where you’ll find restaurants, grocery stores, and more. There’s also ample parking available, both in the front and back of the hotel.

The property is new, modern and clean (every 1-2 days). The location is basically perfect. Next to the apartments there is a big supermarket and right next to it you get to the city center with all the stores, bars and restaurants. The host (Harris) is very cool, always responsive and is very helpful with everything. You can easily find parking outside the apartments. Overall great place for a pleasant holiday in Neos Marmaras.

Everything was perfect. The host helped us a lot with our car, because we had a problem with it, showed us a lot of good places nearby, and was always at service. Studio was comfortable, clean. Parking is near, so it's really perfect place to stay in Neos Marmaras.
