The Management is always hands on, super helpful and friendly. The bungalows are very nice, the view is amazing and a very good breakfast. The staff are very nice, we where charged a bit more by mistake due to an amendment in the number of nights which I did, and the manager made sure to come and find us to refund the money. Everyting was perfect! There isn't a single detail we would change. Apartment was spacious, clean, fully equuipped. Host pays attention to every single detail. It is obvious that it is constantly invested in apartments since everything looks like new and you can see that a lot of effort is put into making this place so beautiful. We went to the popular beach nearby but I couldn't wait to get back. Beach is rocky but after one meter in the water there is sand so it is perfect for children to play in the water. I wouldn't recomend place to the people who prefer parties, crowds and walks on the promenades. Next year same time, same apartment :-)

If you want to experience real nice place with fabulous sightseeing views long up and down walks with very nice sandy beach at the end of the city and not so far away other beautiful beaches - Neos is jut a right fit! It has the scent of old towns at the cliff but in the same time it has a layers of modernity embroidered throughout the scape. If it is more for young people? Maybe, if you don't like to walk but there is round walk next to the sea side as well... Nice restaurants, small shops just in a proper measure - for vacation that will fulfill you with scents and flavors of Greece.

After spending 10 days I am sure about I will never go back to Neos Marmaras. Very noisy and crowded beaches, a lot of people during the night shopping. We went to Platanitsi Wild Beach on daily basis (50km from Neos Marmaras) to avoid this nightmare.

The town is not too big, but big enough to have all you need. At night there is a lot of people on the streets. There are more than enough fine places to eat and to buy stuff. The streets are at an incline and parking can be a challenge sometime especially when there are many visitors from other places. You can't always expect to park within 50m from you apartment, but it's not too bad. The city beach is wonderful, clean coast, clean water, plenty of space. Lagomandra beach is about 7min driving to the north (back to Nikiti) and is a very popular place for a good reason. Book a cruise with one of the local sailing ships, it's worth it.

Lovely beach (after the harbour), recommend a full tour with Stratos Train to have a full view. Various options for lunch and dinner, good food at a fair prices. Nearby is an olive plantation where we tasted a great olive oil, price was only 12 Euro / l.

Neos Marmaras is small town in the hills so you have to be carefull when you choose location of your accomodation because some streets are very steep. On the way from Neos Marmaras to Nikiti you have several nice beaches, everything is very close to eachother. In Neos Marmaras you have enough shops and reastaurants and cafes.

Fantastic studio apartment, very modern, specious and extremely clean. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony view of the seaside is very nice. The property is located just few a few steps away from the vivid city center of Neos Marmaras and has a private parking. The host Akis is super friendly, always willing to assist and share useful tips and recommendations for the best beach spots in the area or local restaurants. We enjoyed every single minute of our stay there.

The hotel was very good in a very central place, everything was a max. 5 minute walk from it. The room was very nice, bigger than expected and very clean (we also had a large balcony)! The owners were very friendly and helpful and always there if needed anything. There are enough parking options nearby, so it was always easy to find something. A very good find in Neos Marmaras!

Very nice and clean. The owners are very welcoming and friendly. Its only a walking distance to the town centre but you need a car to go to the beach which is about 8 min drive because of the hills in Neos Marmaras It’s a great place for a family of 4, has 2 rooms and 2 balconies.
