The apartment was very comfortable and clean with beautiful courtyard. We were welcomed by the host Irina, who helped us by our luggage and provided us with welcome coffee. The house has a very good location, there are many coffee shops and restaurants nearby and the beach is right across the street. The apartment was very clean and cozy. The host was very friendly, helpful and did everything possible to make our stay pleasant. The place is pet friendly and she was very welcoming of our dog. I would recommend it to everyone.

We absolutely adored every aspect of Anna's place. This marked our third visit to Psakoudia, and we honestly didn't anticipate anything surpassing our previous experiences at different accommodations. To our delightful surprise, we couldn't have been more wrong! Anna's place not only exudes coziness and comfort but also feels connected to the essence of Greece. From the nice colors to the choice of materials and the furnishings inside the house, everything is just perfect. The bathroom and kitchen are both brand new and impeccably clean, and we lacked nothing. The rooms are generously spacious, and even with five of us, we never felt cramped; quite the opposite, actually. Speaking of Anna, she is an absolute gem—warm, approachable, and incredibly hospitable. And her dogs are simply enchanting! Our kids are still raving about them. Thank you for everything, Anna! ❤️

Great apartment with perfect location just next to the beach. You are surrounded by a beatiful garden. The apartment is clean, comfortable and you have all that you need to feel at home. I like very much the combination if traditional greek style with modern touch. Anna is very welcoming and warm person, she can help you with whatever you need. I liked also all the animals, cats and dogs, walking around and giving you their love. I would reccomend Anna’s apartment to all the good people!

A small place, to just relax and chill.

A small place, to just relax and chill. Beaches were small too, a lots of beach bars where you could use their beach beds for free if you consumed anything from their bars. The beach also had space to place your own umbrella. Water was clean and nice. There were some Greek tavernas, with some good traditional food and drinks. So if you’re looking for something chill, to just relax all day at the beach and have a quiet dinner at night with some rakia and beers- Psakoudia might be the place for you. Also it was great for families.

Overall Greece is always a good idea to visit. Khalkidhiki is even a better idea! Psakoudia is very small place, not a big town. So if you are looking for discos & late nights, chose Thessaloniki. Psakoudia is for relax, enjoying pure, clean nature and silence. It is a very peaceful place with the nicest people. Nature is almost untouched, sea is so clean, beach is specious. I have visited several times, will visit again and again as this is a place you can never get enough of.

It is a nice village that transforms into a family holiday...

It is a nice village that transforms into a family holiday destination during summer. Plenty of places to eat, prices are ok, beach in Psakoudia is long and somehow narrow, water is shallow, with sand. Many families and many kids, not really for young people willing to party.

The village itself is not very interesting but you have most of the things you will need for a family vacation. There are enough shops, restaurants and cafes. The beach is nice and the water is clean. Getting around is pretty easy because the village is small so everything is within a walkable distance

Bed is very comfortable, kitchen is usable with new and clean dishes, first floor hava a bes Seaview and nace terasa for meals. Thaea are net for mosquito but you must have extra protection. Taverna downstairs is beautiful and the owners are very very hardworking people who trying to keep this place special and unique. Food and drinks are exquisite for very affordable price, typical Greece local national Taverna.

Everything was great. Even more than we expected! We got clean sheets and towels every two days, which is very very rare in Greece, and hospitality of hosts is exceptional. Wifi is working excellent, which is also a very rare occasion in Greece. We even experienced minor problems with our transportation so we had to move our booking for one day and there was no problem in doing that. We are really satisfied!

Beach is 1 minute walk from apartman, beach looked like private beach, almost no people. Very large garden, with 'kitchen' and BBQ. Safe parking for car infront of apartman inside estate. 'City' Psakoudia is 2minutes by car. When we arrived, owner brought for us gifts (very good home olive oil and olives). Very nice owner, helped us with everything what we needed.
