We had the most fantastic time. The owners and all the poeple working at the Ulrika hotel were super friendly and welcomed us very warmly. What ever we needed, they could help. The hotel is very central and clean. The rooms simple and comfortable. We had a room with a nice view on the sea and could enjoy from there the beautiful sunsets. Our sons had a room on the garden side and enjoid the view on a beautiful tree. We strongly recommend this fantastic location. Dear Kalamakis family, thank you for everything!

we really enjoyed our stay at Isidora. she and her family are really very friendly and welcoming. they acommodated every single wish from us. the breakfast is perfect with local specialities and changing daily. i would recommend to take the fast ferry from piraeus athen directly to aegina marina with blue star ferries. from the port aegina marina to the hotel it is only 5-8 minutes away by foot. also the beach is within 4 minutes walking distance! thank you for the nice stay! we would definetely come back again!

Souvala is quieter than Aegina Town but that is not a bad thing. It is more laid back. It has some good tavernas, bars and restaurants. The souvlaki at Theophilos is to die for. With a Greek salad and a small Carafe of wine , two Souvlakis 17 Euros. That's great. There us a,small beach near the small harbour. There is also a another beach slightly out of the town which in high season has sunbeds and a bar. Just a short walk.. Souvala has a good Supermarket Bakery and some other little shops too. Lovely little place. And 15 mins by taxi to.Aegina,Town .

April was too early to go to the beach and swim.

April was too early to go to the beach and swim. A few restaurants were open and a good supermarket with necessary items available. A short taxi drive 15eur to the Town of Aegina is recommended. No bus rides available at least in April. Souvala is a quiet place, but not too much to do.

Amazing location friendly and warm host and staff. A stay I would totally recommend if you are looking for something to ease your mind and enjoy the sounds of the ocean . The bohemian style combined with the traditional style of the room we stayed was a great way to enjoy our stay at the fullest. The host and his family were more than friendly and helpful to everything we needed and always ready to please us in anyway .Nice place to visit is Moni as u take a boat for perdika and you will be amazed by the scenery and crystal clear waters . We also enjoyed aigina as we mostly dined . Panta rei was a nice call day cafe-lunch -drinks were the staff is very friendly as well as the souvlaki place kipos in Shia marina was also good . The beach bar at marathona b beach was also a nice place to relax on the beachbeds at the beach and enjoy drinks or food .

Souvala is a quiet and small village with a little sandy...

Souvala is a quiet and small village with a little sandy beach to swim. There are some supermarkets and a lot of cafes and restaurants. Aegina town is approx. 20 min away by the bus (it costs 1.60 EUR) and only 2 times a day. Bus timetable is available in https://www.aeginaportal.gr/ktel.html

Small and quaint with small selection restaurants, hotels and a bakery. 2 beaches 1 with sand and beach bar, the other is where ferry ports and is small but with plenty of shade. You need a car to explore the island as souvala is very small

Souvala is a quiet little village and harbour but very pleasant for a short trip. We stayed just one night as a break from Athens and the ferry to Aegina Town was a relaxing way to arrive. Aegina Town is more sophisticated, but Souvala had a number of restaurants that looked good. The little beach was mainly used by local families and retired people so it was pretty quiet and had charm. We had a great brunch at the Azure Beach bar and would recommend Saronikos Restaurant for dinner - lovely food (try the local pistachio pesto) and wine - reasonable prices - and right next to the sea with a fantastic view.

Everything was just great. The appartments were clean and cosy, view from the terrace to the sea and sunset was perfect. The private beach down the stairs. The owner with his team were very friendly, organised us car rental and taxi and were very helpful and friendly. You can order food directly to the hotel or just five minutes to the restaurants and super market down the road. Would definitely recommend this place and if we ever come back, would stay at Vrachokipos again.

We were there with our little daughter (11 months) for 11 days. Every member of staff was incredibly nice. In our opinion, the breakfast and the modernity of the rooms are at least equivalent to a 4-star hotel. The view and the garden design are breathtakingly beautiful. The ferry harbour, the small beach, a supermarket and restaurants can be reached on foot in under 5 minutes. If we travel to Aegina again, we would always stay at this hotel.

The staff are lovely and very friendly, and the apartment is equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was delicious and a great start to the day. Comfortable house with a small balcony, with a wonderful view on the sea. It was near to the beach of Loutra and to Souvala (you can go by feet in 5 minutes), quiet place were you can rest and relax. I definitely raccomend it.
