An unbelievably perfect Greek cottage in a picturesque village in the heart of the Rodopi Mountains and on the Nestos-Rodopi trail (there’s a beautiful traditional bridge a couple of minutes walk from the cottage. The accommodation is superb; spacious living area, lovely garden and raised terrace for fantastic views of the surrounding mountains. The host is fantastic too and even arranged for me to check in earlier than advertised. All the mod cons but I will remember the cosy real fire and the lemon and fig trees.

Location was wonderful, quiet and peaceful little village in the mountains, nice clean rooms, hosts were really friendly and helpful. We arrived pretty late at night but the host was there waiting, check in was really smooth. Super Air conditioning. I really rest good after the long day drive.

The room was cleaned every day, sheets and towels changed.There were old pictures of the town in the corridor, explaining some key historical events. It was nicely decorated and very comfortable. Walking distance from the city center and having a free spot to park.

I frankly don't understand how this establishment doesn't have a much greater score on Booking, because it definitely deserves more, judging by our experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. At the arrival they served us a glass of a very delicious local liquor. The room was spaceous, bright and clean, the bath as well, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Our room had a beautiful view of the mountains and it was facing the highway, but oddly enough it wasn't noisy. The breakfast was diverse and delicious. Would definitely recommend and come back
