We booked a little last minute, but were very happy we did. The hotel is just outside the old town and walking distance to the bus station. Following several long day trips, we ended up ordering room service on the balcony. The food was great, nice to relax there and chill out. The staff were very friendly and lovely. Top marks!

Beautiful hôtel with beautiful swimming pool and view of the town and sea. The rooms were normal size. The staff at the front desk were exceptional in always making sure everything was good and very helpful with planning places to visit. The staff at breakfast and the restaurant were very friendly as well with a superbe buffet breakfast and delicious food at the restaurant. To top it off there was a free shuttle service to and from center town which made it so easy to go out to est and shop. Highly recommend the hotel

The location was very good, the hotel was great but what was exceptional was the staff and especially the receptionist Mrs Dora. The way she greeted us - checkin and made feel welcome was really 5star professional. Maybe she should start teaching about it, cause many many places in Greece need her training. But additional to her - the staff in the breakfast were also friendly and amazing making the whole experience superb

Absolutely everything was GREAT, from the hospitality, to the facilities… Exceptional service at the reception, beautifully decorated hotel for christmas, exceptional breakfast with a lot pf choice , great and comfortable room and all the staff just excellent…. This hotel has made our stay very pleasant during the holidays !!!! If ever in Chania will definitely be back !!! Great Greek Hospitality !!!

Our experience at Elia Sea Suites was simply exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and kindness. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and always attentive, making sure our stay was perfect. The room with a sea view and stunning sunset was absolutely breathtaking. The jacuzzi added an extra touch of luxury and relaxation, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was another highlight—great quality and a variety of delicious options to start the day right. In terms of location, the hotel is just a 6-7 minute walk from the port. It’s slightly set back from the busiest areas, offering a peaceful retreat. I imagine this would be even more valuable during peak season, but at this time of year, it was simply perfect. Overall, an outstanding stay with nothing but positives! I highly recommend it and would love to return.

It was very tranquil but the beach area was perfect....not...

It was very tranquil but the beach area was perfect....not very large but very sandy so easy to swim from and seemed safe for children...more fish than we thought. Beach bar was low key but just perfect. The local restaurant was a lovely setting, the staff were enthusiastic and nice and we enjoyed the evening there even though the food was not outstanding. Further up the to main road are more restaurants. Irenes had rave reviews but have to say we were most disappointed - again nice staff but chaos as food came all at different times and rather chaotic 0 can be charming as in holidays but this was taken to the limit. Everyone we met were lovely and most hospitable

The bed was very comfortable here - two fluffy pillows for both people, a good mattress, well-smelling sheets. The location is just perfect - close to the airport, but the neighborhood is quiet and private, wild nature all around, peaceful atmosphere, other visitors were also peaceful and quiet. The apartment and balconies were just perfect, there is nothing to complain about. I recommend it to those who want to find ideal and comfortable accommodation away from crowded places and appreciate the beauty of nature.

We loved staying at Tersanas Beach Lodges!

We loved staying at Tersanas Beach Lodges! The place is beautiful (it looks even better in real life), the pool is amazing and the view is absolutely to die for. The studio was very comfy and had all the utilities we needed. The cherry on top of the cake is the staff. They’re absolutely delightful! Georgina and Peter were super helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. It’s been an absolute pleasure! We didn’t have a car or a bike but the place is an easy walk to Tersanas beach and only a 30 min walk to Stavros, and pretty easy to get to Chania by bus or taxi. I would 100% recommend staying here – we can’t wait to go back :)

Loved the location being away from the crowds - we found it easy to walk to the local Taverna in the evening when it cooled down a little. We also had pre- booked Taxis to take us in and out of Chania Town which was really easy and the taxi company we used was really prompt and had good cars. We had rented a small car for a few of the day we were at the property so to buy in provisions and explore the area.

The apartment was really clean and comfortable! We really enjoyed the outside area with the big and refreshing pool, the tennis court and the direct access to the ocean (no beach, next beach is 5 minutes walk away). The staff was nice and helpful. It's only a 10 minutes drive to the airport and 20 minutes to the pretty town Chania. We can recommend staying here!

Perfect for our arrival hotel and the beginning of our road trip through Crete. Apartment was well equipped, comfortable, quiet and clean. Located out of main hub - but we chose this intentionally. Pool and bar area pleasant - watching the sunset was a highlight. Plenty of free parking.
