The hotel was pet friendly which was a benefit. Beautiful hotel full of antiques but still very modern facilities. Everywhere was very clean. Great buffet breakfast. Staff were extremely welcoming and very helpful. There was plenty of on-site parking.

Totally recommended for a peacefull and rustic stay.The staff of the place are awesome people.The room is not too spacious but it was comfortable enough with basic amenities that covered my needs.Local food in the restaurant was amazing,tasty and value for money.I was covered up by the staff of any concern i had about my accomodation.The hotel isn't in the same location as the restaurant but 200 metres away (By the moment the owners clarify that hotel and restaurant are in different location and they offer on demand free transfer for me is not a problem).The owners gave me also any information i needed about the area

Staff was great. Tavern (restaurant) within hotel was great as well, spacey with excellent view. Pool is medium size but for this small hotel is like a private pool most of the days. There are also a small outdoor playground for kids.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was clean and the view is amazing. They also have a Taxi Service u can get from the airport and back if needed which helped us a lot. Great pool open 24/7 and cleaned every second day. Very friendly house keeper, Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay and our amazing host Valia went absolutely above and beyond. Each morning we were treated to a lovely Greek breakfast which was not only delicious but extremely filling. As we aimed for an active stay, including watersports and the ascent of Mount Ida, among other things, we found the breakfast option particularly useful. The property is nestled in a traditional village, enjoying tranquility and beautiful views over the mountains. If you are looking for a real Greek experience, this is a perfect spot.

Hello Maria, first of all me and my family want to thank you again for the wonderfull stay. We stayed with our big family (with 7people) for 10 days. At arrival Maria handed over the housekeys and garagekeys, she also gave us alot of tips of local taverns, restaurants, supermarket, places to go, etc... The house is perfect with 4 big bedrooms with AC (very important) each with an own balcony, 2 bathrooms, livingroom, fully equipped kitchen and a big terrace with stunning view. Outside there's a swimmingpool, jacuzzi, big terrace with a gas-bbq and also a fully equipped kitchen. Maria came by everyday to cleanout the swimmingpool, jacuzzi and check if we needed anything. The location of the villa is around 45 minutes drive to the beach (closest Northbeach Rethymnon, closest Southbeach Agia Galini) , along the way you will passby alot of local towns and get amazing views of the nature. The kids can make as much noise as they like and play in the pool as much as they want. There are no neighbors, only you, your family and the nature. Maria also instisted to make us a dinner for my family, she made us a local pasta dish for the whole family with selfmade tzatziki and local vegetables. It was delicious!!! I would recommend everyone this villa, if you're looking for a stressfree and well rested holiday. We would definitely come back again in the future Best regards Lin

Vrises is a very quiet and peaceful village.

Vrises is a very quiet and peaceful village. There are no shops and the one taverna was closed during our stay, however, just 3.5 klms. away, there is a supermarket and a great taverna. Vrises is a perfect location for exploring the other Amari villages as well as hiking on the various trails.
