A real paradise! Everything is great, food is fantastically delicious and it’s a wonderful experience to eat at the restaurant facing the volcanos. I was worried about the bugs or something before checkin but it isn’t a problem, the room is very clean and safe.

wow. where to begin. this place is quite literally magical and feels like it’s pulled from a fairytale. the grounds and gardens are immaculately cared for and so unique. we loved the story behind the hotel - how it had been built with love and intention by a family. just such a special place that everyone should try. so relaxing and quiet. staff are exceptionally patient and friendly.

What a fabulous stay! We absolutely loved our experience here and after doing a lot of research believe it may be the nicest property on the entire lake. Facilities were beautiful with stunning views from the rooms and infinity pool. Staff were world-class, always smiling, energetic, friendly, and ready to say yes. They truly went above and beyond. Bartender Cristian is the best! Our upgraded room was spectacular and newly remodeled with a beautiful tub overlooking the lake. Breakfast, dinner, and drinks at the pool bar were all excellent. The hotel also arranged for a great couples massage, laundry service, and a private boat tour of the lake. Thanks so much and we will be back!!

Quiet places give you the possibility to rest and the garden also allows you to walk, relax and enjoy flowers and birds around. The personnel are very kind and patient. What amazing hotel. This was my second time in Atitlan and last time I made the mistake of staying in a larger village. This time I chose a smaller village and Aviva hotel, and it was the perfect choice. The room was incredible, comfy bed, stunning views, tasty coffee and a terrace to relax. And the breakfast was sooo good. Run, don't walk to stay here if you visit lake atitlan.
