A short 3 minute walk to the beach but away from the front. Rooms were spacious, very well equiped and very clean. Staff were lovely throughout. We rented snorkel's and fins from the hotel at a very good price for the duration of our stay. We really enjoyed our stay here and would go back.

Wonderful boutique accommodation with a great ambience. Stunning beachfront location with sunset views. Exceptional staff who were very friendly and attentive and always went out of their way to give us the best possible service. Delicious meals.

Javier and his staff were super responsive and accommodating. Breakfast and food at the restaurant were very good. The location on the beach couldn't been better. Near the grocery mart and water taxis. The beach security set up our chairs and umbrellas. They watched our belongs while swimming or walking. The water in front of the hotel was crystal clear. We used the kayaks one day and had a nice paddle. The main office was supportive and the transportation to and from airport was on time and comfortable. The pool was private and was never crowed in fact we had it to ourselves. The garden views were relaxing with many song and humming birdes.

The customer service was exceptional, as soon as I walked in, my family and I were greeted by the staff at the front desk. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room itself was immaculate and well- appointed, with all the amenities one could ask for. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a restful night of sleep, and the cleanliness of the room was impeccable. The attention to detail in maintaining the room was evident and it made me, and my family truly pampered during the stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a truly exceptional experience.

Loved the resort - our accommodation was great, clean, well...

Loved the resort - our accommodation was great, clean, well stocked and ideal location: ground floor and mid-way between the main building and the beach. The pool was quiet, clean and warm, and a great spot to escape to when the beach was busy with cruise ship people!! All of the staff we interacted with were professional, friendly and helpful, including front desk, activities, restaurants, housekeeping, security and transportation. The beach was excellent - clean, gentle slope into the water, no rocks or saugassum, and great snorkelling so close. The only thing that could be improved would be proper steps/ramp up onto the dock - the current wooden one is slippery and not great if you have old knees!

West Bay is a laid-back beach community on the tip of Roatan...

West Bay is a laid-back beach community on the tip of Roatan. Lots of range in accommodations and food, and great dive shop options (Bananarama is our preferred provider -- smaller boats, personalized attention). We love to dive, and this part of Roatan is great to have as a base.

The West Bay area of Roatan is my favorite area to be while on the island. There are many bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. The beach is easily accessible and everyone is friendly and helpful.

I feel like we selected the best location.

I feel like we selected the best location. The majority of what we wanted to do, if not within walking distance, was a reasonable taxi or water taxi ride away. I do recommend one full day custom tour to visit things further away.

Loved the beach and the restaurants and the snorkeling...

Loved the beach and the restaurants and the snorkeling especially the night snorkeling We went right off shore in front of Infinity Bay resort on the inside of the reef and saw octopus, lobsters, porcupine fish crabs and more.

Like: super close to everything.

Like: super close to everything. Disliked: Building is beautiful, rooms were not what we expected - towels were old and with holes, bed were old and very noise. comforters were broken and with holes, pillows were super thin and old. No fridge. Rooms are not as shown in the pic posted. And of course elevator wasn't working. We were in the 3rd floor. There is NOT American breakfast, just a menu of three different options. Unbelievably, reception is closed from 10 pm to 6 am. So, if something happens you can contact no-one. Staff is friendly.

1 minute walk to the beach. You can arrange transportation to and from the airport with the hotel ($25 USD). Breakfast is included. The hotel is new & modern. They have smart TV, so you can watch Netflix & Prime. They provide filtered drinking water. My room was overlooking a small restaurants & shops.
