Very spacious rooms, with high ceilings. Very clean. Super nice and helpful staff. There is a breakfast place 5 minutes walk away from the hotel - in the opposite direction from the bus station (there is no breakfast on site). There is complimentary water and Cola in the fridge. A tram stop is right in front of the hotel.

Communication with the Hótel was very good. We ask for good parking for the car, that we got. In the Hótel building. It Was very good for small or medium size car. I was happy to pay extra for that. Everything was good and we recommend Hótel 9 for short visit in Zagreb. Thank you.

Great location, opposite the main bus station and a tram station. Large, cozy room, clean, large bathroom, comfortable bed. Staff friendliness and professionalism is exceptional. Great Breakfast. If parking is not available in front of the hotel there is parking at the main bus station for a decent price. I definitely recommend this hotel, we will return.
