Location next to the sea. 15 minutes drive to Zadar. Is minutes drive to Nin. Big apartment. Fabulous terrace. Room was cleaned daily. Good breakfast. Big dinner. Half board is probably the best option as the food is excellent quality and the portions are generous. Compared with restaurants in Zadar the extra cost of half board for us was worth it. I would like to add the staff member we met at the start was amazing. She was friendly helpful and it was a shame that she had to finish her time at the hotel during our stay. I think with her on duty the drama of the last day would not have happened.

A very clean and well-equipped place. The kitchen has everything you need for basic cooking. Parking is available behind the gate, so we didn't have to worry about our car. The sea is a one-minute walk away, but it's not suitable for sunbathing (huge rocks). The owner was incredibly kind and warm, explaining everything and recommending restaurants in the neighborhood.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Cozy living room, modern kitchen, spacious bedroom, nice balcony The host was fantastic, very responsive, friendly. The apartment was very well equipped, which is rarity in most apartments on the Adriatic cost. I stayed there very short for business purposes, during the winter period, so I have no comments on teh beaches, except that the beaches ave very close to the aprtment.

The host picked us up from the airport and took us to the airport (a huge thank you for that!). The appartement has everything you’d need - air conditioning, equipped kitchen. There is also a nice garden where you can stay in the shadow. The apartment is 30 sec from the sea. So, if you don’t want to stay under the sun (as we did not want to), this place would be perfect for you.

Well located apartamet in the central part of village, near the restaurantes, shops and beach, but in the backyard was quite. Only one thing was disturbing us - the church bell at 6 every morning. The sea water was everawhere realy clean. if you want only swim in the sea, there is oposite of house harbour pier with acces to the water by steps ( deep almost 2 m, our children enjoyed it with jumping in the sea) We also welcomed small swiming pool on the backyard.

Petrcane is a quiet village 25mins from Zadar.

Petrcane is a quiet village 25mins from Zadar. You would have to take a taxi. There’s everything you need for a quiet getaway but plenty to do also. The hotel which you can visit offer lovely food options and plenty of places to sit and have after dinner drinks by the beach. Zadar airport is about 45 mins away.

In the small town of Petrčane, there is a decently equipped...

In the small town of Petrčane, there is a decently equipped motorboat rental, both with and without a captain. I highly recommend taking a boat trip around the surrounding islands and bays. The town has pleasant restaurants and bars with a peaceful atmosphere. I highly recommend going to see old Zadar and possibly the island of Vir, which can be reached by car. There is a great restaurant in Petrčane at the Petrčane hotel, great seafood, pleasant service and the view is beautiful. You can park everywhere without any problem, both paid and unpaid.

Very nice promenade along the beach to the center of...

Very nice promenade along the beach to the center of Petrcane with restaurants. In the center is a lot of atractions. For the fee you can use swimmingpools in beach bar and nearby sandy beach, both close to the apartment.

A small village built for tourism on the shore.

A small village built for tourism on the shore. All the apartments are quite close to the sea. The water is very clean, the beaches are located to follow the sun during the day. There are some 5 decent restaurants and two small shops. For a bigger shopping you need to travel to Zadar (10 km).

Petrcane is a small, friendly fishing village with a few pebble beaches, and some small marinas/piers. There are some small shops and a few restaurants/bars. The location has stunning views. It's only a 15-minute drive to nearby Zadar, and there's a regular bus service to Zadar and Nin. A peaceful place, right beside a big town/city.

Petrcane is a very small seaside village, a half-hours drive north of the much larger city of Zadar. Petrcane has a couple of small rock and pebble beaches (no sand beaches) with absolutely crystal-clear water. The town centre is on the sea front with bars and restaurants facing the sea, which is nice. There are a couple of tiny corner shops in the town centre but a much more convenient small supermarket about 15 minutes walk out of the town centre, near the best beach (Punta Skala) which is a private beach that costs 40 Kuna per person to access (absolutely worth it).

It was an amazing time there/ The apartment had two balconies with the nice views. The building and the neighbor buildings are beautiful, the sea is in 50 metres from the apartment. And there is the best place. 7 minutes from the city center, restaurants and stores. Uber Taxi to Zadar costs about 15e, also you can use the bus for 2,65E. The owner is very friendly and smiley. I would recommend this apartment to everyone

Our stay was great! The host was quick to respond and suggested a couple of nearby places to visit. Comfortable stay for up to 4 people, with a reasonably equipped kitchen for cooking basic meals. It's a remote and quiet place with a pretty nice view, halfway between Nin and Zadar, but close enough to visit by car. The apartment comes with a large parking space and a pretty strong air conditioner.

Hotel is very nice, location is right at the beach. There are playgrounds outside great for kids. A d playroom at the hotel that our son loved. The food was good, selection was always with several varieties of meat and side dish.
