Our hosts at check in were amazing. They upgraded us to a suite which was very nice, and they catered to our (somewhat cranky) toddler with smiles and some apple juice. The professionalism and respect all the staff gave us was welcomed and we will be looking to stay here in the future.

We actually stayed in the Royal Blue, because Neptun was closing due to season end. The room was amazing! Spectacular view. You can use the spa centre in the whole resort. Breakfast was good- lots of choices, although the scrambled eggs were a bit funny. The service and the staff is excellent!

Old Town.

Old Town. Fantastic place, tons of history, friendly locals who make an effort to speak your language. Very pretty, with some lovely beaches within 10 minutes walk of the city walls. What is also great is that there are no cars or electric scooters/bikes in the Old Town. It feels very safe Public transport very cheap. 100% recommend buying the Dubrovnik ticket which gets you in all the museums and is great value

It is a totally tourist place. beautiful town, friendly...

It is a totally tourist place. beautiful town, friendly people. fantastic looking beaches. Historical sites, Many Hollywood movies shot here. 3 nights to max 4 nights are sufficient. plenty of restaurants and food joints. all things/Food/Drink are bit expensive, some time quite expensive compare to other cities of Croatia and neighboring countries. Please check and compare price/rate with at least two or more shop/ restaurant before deciding. Tours of Game of Throne, Old town, the Wall, Tuk-Tuk tour are recommended.

Wonderful place, so much atmosphere, never been anywhere...

Wonderful place, so much atmosphere, never been anywhere like it in the world. That means it can be very busy, reaching saturation point when cruise ships dock and thousands decend on the city. We went off peak and got lucky with the weather, so it was perfect. There are plenty of great places to eat and drink.

Dubrovnik Old town is compact and kept extremely clean. Several small museums worthy of a visit and whole area steeped in history. Tourist info good and tour operators have several options for going further into the Croatia and surrounding countries. Shops are mostly the souvenir type aimed at holidaymakers. Cafes and restaurants serve superb food and have very friendly, helpful staff. Meals work out more expensive than the UK but are generally very good quality. Good local bus service and easy accessible taxis.

We stayed for 4 nights in the beautiful and historic Old Town of Dubrovnik. We were close to all the sights and great restaurants. Two days was plenty for exploring Dubrovnik and we spent the other 2 days for a day trip to Mostar and a day trip to Montenegro (Kotor and Perast). Both day trips were excellent and highly recommended.

Dubrovnik is without a doubt an absolutely beautiful city.

Dubrovnik is without a doubt an absolutely beautiful city. I’ve put 4 stars and the only reason is the town itself is just full of souvenir shops and over priced restaurants. Two days is definitely enough, but for the experience of seeing this gorgeous old city and the architecture it’s worth a visit. It runs rings around Split as a destination.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Dard in Dubrovnik. The hotel was very clean, with fresh towels provided every day. Our host was extremely kind and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast on site was tasty and filling, a great way to start the day. Although walking back from the Old Town involved some stairs and felt a bit longer than it looked on the map, the location was still excellent for us – perfect for exploring all the main sights in the city as well as visiting places further away. Highly recommended

The hotel was good value for money. Although I think for other travelers it would more make sense to book the trip as all inclusive.( is more cost effective and includes breakfast and dinner, which is otherwise more expense to pay for separately). Check out process was very quick and effective. Really enjoyed the private beach and swimming pool as part of the stay. Easy links to the old town via bus so overall very practical and enjoyable experience.
