I liked absolutely everything. The hostess Anna is pleasant, responsive, always in touch. All issues are resolved quickly. The apartment is clean and well-kept. Everything is new in the apartment. The kitchen has everything you need, including a dishwasher. There are two air conditioners, which is very important. A spacious terrace where you can have a good time. The beach is a 3-minute walk away. There is public parking and free parking. We used the car often and had no problems with parking. Thank you very much Anna. We had a good vacation.

Hello everyone, the apartments were super, we really liked it, clean, comfortable, beautiful garden, wonderful, good-natured, hospitable hostess, direct access to the beach, one half of the beach is sand, the other is pebbles, everything was at your level, thank you, we will come again!) p.s the hostess treated us to delicious desserts and wine, we recommend it to everyone!)

This newly opened hotel in Podstrana was simply fantastic. The complete Aria hotel team was very friendly and service minded and they always walked the extra mile to make our stay the best it could be, and it was. Hotel is completely new and just at the right size so that You always feel welcomed and appreciated. Rooms and facilities is in top quality with daily cleaning that was very good. The location on the beach is amazing, you could not wish for more. We stayed in a seaside view room on the 3rd floor and the room with it's breathtaking view from the balcony far exceeded our expectations. Hotel beach with complementary sun-beds and umbrellas as well as Restaurant Jure was also amazingly good. We can highly recommend this place, You will not be disappointed. We are confident that this hotel with the dedicated and amazing team running it will be a success. We already look forward to our next visit.

The pictures correspond to reality, property is located across the road from the main beach area, with supermarket and bakery conveniently located in front part of the property. Property in excellent condition, host very friendly and receptive to requests. Dugi Rat is a small town next to Omis, with good public transport along the cost.

We have had a lovely stay in Dugi rat. The location was great- close to the beach, easy Access to Split or Omis. The contact with the owner was excellent. The apartment is well equipped. We can recommend this place to anyone looking for well cared place to stay.

Simple hotel but really clean. A bit to far to Split for our group (15Guys) Supermarket and bar just down the street. Check in went really smooth.
