Amazing location, very clean and nice room with balcony. Even though the view was on the hotel garden side it was amazing due to the nice looking garden with trail leading to back private parking. The restaurant has a view directly on the sea and it's seafood oriented. I would recommend this place for people that want to have a nice chill evening after long business meetings and for tourists.

The hotel is impecable. Clean, with really nice staff, very well organized. We had half-board and the food was all through out very good. The location is great: sea front with sea view from almost every room, in a quiet area of Umag. Facilities were great: we had plenty to choose from (sea with concrete & stairs entry, pool, small public beach with sand and small water entrance, aquapark with activity team for kids, inflatable water park in walking distance, all kinds of water sports, tree park with shade in front of sea, enough sun beds, yoga in the morning or pool aerobics). Rooms were good size, with confortable beds, very well sound proofed. Short distance to Motovun, Groznjan, or Jama Grotta Beredine, Rovinj,Trieste. Evening events with music was tastefull and low key.

The location is huge, I mean huge. It almost half an island, you can walk and hour and still next to the complex. There are 5-6 hotels, bars, beaches, shops, restaurants on site, you don't even have to go anywhere in Umag. Great place for people with children and also without them. The pool side is nice and there are a lot of place, you don't have to worry about crowd maybe on peak season at breakfast, but it is okay.
