Location of the Villa is outstanding - up the hill with a great view over the coast. Just a few minutes downstairs to reach main promenade - yes you have to climb back :) We've had nice terrace with umbrella and some comfy sunseats, as well as a table with chairs to have breakfast or just a chill with a beer. Kitchenette is equipped with a small (but enough) fridge and a 2 burner electric cooker. Small (but still enough) bathroom and a comfortable bedroom.

Fantastic view. Cleanliness everywhere. Cozy beach with enough sun-beds and umbrellas. Big and comfortable room. But the best is the staff: everyone from janitor to manager is highly professional, they help you with any issues, and they are indeed pet-friendly. The spa was also a great experience. We tried only massages, but the pool and saunas looked nice. Underground secure parking has big parking spots.

Good points of the hotel is how it is located. All rooms are with sea view. The breakfast is very good selection as well as the dinner. Lobby have a wonderful view great selection of drinks and coffee. Everything was perfect. Also you can rent a bike ( 15euro/day) the bikes are very nice, we enjoy very much riding a bike around. Recommend this hotel very much.

Super good: bed is huge and comfy, room is spacious, bathroom of a nice size, room is quiet and clean. Unobstructed sea view from the room (booked a sea-view room) . Classic style, high ceilings, nice little balcony. Great breakfast. Super friendly staff - they saw at the check in that my husband will have a birthday while we are in the hotel and they brought us a free bottle of a sparkling wine! So nice! Hotel has own parking, but also a nice parking place just 10 meters from the hotel. Price is quite the same (5 eur less for 2 days at a hotel). Location is super - short walk to everything in Opatija.

The staff were exceptionally lovely and helpful. Nothing was too much and they bent over backwards to help us. The hotel itself was lovely and the food was delicious. I had a divine steak in the hotel restaurant. We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was very comfortable with a balcony and sea view.
