They were very kind and friendly in every way. They gave us advices which beaches and restaurants to visit. The apartment is really nice and clean, smells good the whole building when you first step in. Modern equipped and well-designed rooms. Special thanks for the cleaner staff also who helped us.

Modern, comfy, spacious apartment with all mod cons. Nice and clean all around. The host is very friendly and caring, the staff are all helpful and polite. The sea is super close, the view is beautiful and lots of extras are included in the price; parasol, sunbeds, courtesy bike, paddle boards and more. The food in the restaurant next door (The Beach Fine Food and Bar) is excellent, worth every penny of the otherwise rather high price. You can also enjoy fantastic pizzas at the nearby Jadro Pizzeria. The beach is pebbly, the water is shallow, warm and amazingly clean. Many water sports and other leisure activities are available nearby, such as jet skis, buggies or quad bikes for rent.

Our holiday at Villa Lucky was fantastic! The room was super clean, the staff were helpfull and friendly and the pool was amazing! The location was also great, only 5 minutes away from the beach and also jist a quick drive away from Nin or Zadar.

The apartments are right next to the sea, on the less windire side of the island. We have asked to get apartment on the groundfloor, and it was absolutely taken into consideration. Our host was polite and helpful - just as last year. It was a great trip again.

    Vir is quite tourist-centric, which has its advantages and,...

    Vir is quite tourist-centric, which has its advantages and, unfortunately, its disadvantages. The island itself is beautiful, I like the hustle and bustle (although we were in Lozice, a little further north, in a quieter part) and there are quite a few restaurants to choose from. However, the shops in the area are like the domestic (Hungarian) department stores at Christmas, no matter what time of year we went shopping: full, the lines barricaded, a minimum of 10-15 minutes waiting at the cashiers. The beaches are nice, the ones we went to were clean, although unfortunately I saw quite a few people littering... There is also the possibility of a short excursion around the red rocks on the far side of the island, the view from there is amazing. The locals were nice, but the car traffic is quite chaotic - narrow streets, everyone is in a hurry, not many people know the stop sign, etc.

    Vir is a village-style resort with limited infrastructure. While there are several restaurants and cafés, the food offerings are quite repetitive—mostly chips, grilled meats, and common fish dishes, with little authentic Croatian cuisine. Most beaches are rocky, with Lanterna Beach being the only one with pleasant sandy areas in the sea. Some water activities like jet skiing and SUP are available, but rental prices are high.

    Vir in Croatia is now experiencing a huge increase in tourists thanks to new better roads and exciting experiences for visitors. It is important that everyone treats nature and the local people well so that the beautiful island can be enjoyed by future generations too.

    In the center of Vir is absolutely neccessary to develop...

    In the center of Vir is absolutely neccessary to develop PEDESTRIAN ZONE and pavements. Restauranst are OK, however many of them prefer group of 4 and more people and couples have to wait to be seated. There are many supermarkets and bakeries. Do not expect any historical or cultural experience, Vir is more for beaches and sailing.

    Really like this location.

    Really like this location. Although it's an island, it's accessible by car via bridge, which makes car trips around fast and simple (e.g. Nin, Zaton, Zadar). There are lot of good restaurants around, nice, clean beaches, local shops.

    Perfect place for family with kids - different beaches even...

    Perfect place for family with kids - different beaches even with sand and shallow water, a few playgrounds, everything is very close. We enjoyed beach sapavac with shallow water and healing mud the most, but we visited 10 beaches and we loved them all. On the other hand - we were there in october and there was not many people on beaches and everywhere which we loved, I am not sure how we would feel in summer when beaches are full of people. Also a lot of fast foods, shops and bars were closed because the season was over so it was like peacefull village :) It must look very different in summer.

    The location is perfekt, the distance from sea is 30m. There are a lot of restaurants, shops, moreover a small boat port. Vir is close to Zadar, so we visíted it 3 times. (It was love at the first sight. Amazing town!) The owner couple is very kind. Moreover at the end of our holiday we recived a kind gift. In the apartman are there everything what you need use for your holiday. The bathroom is a little bit small for Me, but is was okay. Very clean!!! There are free parking place for your car. All in all it was perfect holiday!

    Pool was great,beach is just 2min easy walk. Not so far from shops,restaurants. Beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed our staying and recomend this place. Pool is 140cm deep,think about small swimers. Host always answering on all questions about living and suggesting what to do around Vir,and more distant places. There is shared grill place where to prepare your meal.
