The property is overlooking a valley and the hillsides of Oprtalj, making it very scenic. The property is modern, clean and the apartment had a very pleasant smell. All amenities were available and the host was very approachable and responded fast to any inquiries. My stay was magical. The area is very peaceful and there is parking available at the property. If you are looking for a property near Motovun, you are into exploring the many wineries of the area and you wish to try boškarin beef and pasta with Istrian truffles, you are in the right place as it is close to places offering such opportunities. I will definitely return!

This charming house with its amazing energy is on an excellent place if you are seeking for peace and tranquility. It is spotlessly clean and very well equipped, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. You can really feel that it was prepared with love and care by the owners. The owners are extremely kind, warm, welcoming, and helpful. The house is located in a peaceful area, ideal for relaxing and recharging, yet also a great starting point for some cycling or hiking trips in the beautiful surroundings of town Buzet. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet retreat with the option for active days in the surroundings along with some gastronomic highlights nearby. The location is perfect: peaceful and surrounded by stunning views of nature and vineyards, yet just a short drive from the charming town of Motovun. It’s an ideal choice for anyone looking for tranquility with easy access to explore the Istrian region. We were especially impressed by the pool, the terrace and the fully equipped kitchen, the atmosphere, etc… and by the kindness and responsiveness of the hosts, who made sure everything ran smoothly during our stay. We wholeheartedly recommend this villa to anyone looking for high-quality accommodation with a touch of magic. We’re already looking forward to coming back!
